We are looking for an experienced Administration Manager to supervise daily support operations of our company and plan the most efficient administrative procedures. You will lead a team of professionals to complete a range of administrative duties in different departments.

Onboard new hires on their first day on site

Rostering and Attendance

Prepare the duty roster 2-weeks prior

Distribute the duty roster 1-week prior

Ensure duty roster is adhered to and discipline accordingly if not

Reporting

Prepare all necessary reports and attendance sign-in documents for use

Ensure attendance sign-in is accurate and complies to requirements for ease of billing

Archive all attendances and reports in an organized manner (site and in HQ)

1. Familiar the whole shop operation and able to carry out any role in the shop (Prepare food/beverages/desserts/cashier and others)
2. Ensuring excellent customer service and customer satisfaction, able to handle customer feedback effectively
3. Ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of the store
4. Stock contolling/goods ordering (sometime job is required to carry heavy stuff)
5. Manage resources to ensure smooth running of store operations
6. New full time staff or part time staff training (i.e. good knowledge about daily operation and able to explain clearly to team members during training)
7. Responsible for outlet sales target and KPIs
8. Responsible for outlet work duties arrangement,scheduling and reporting shortage or excess of manpower to Area manager regualrly
9. Other daily or monthly paper work required by HQ
10. Candidate with Food & Beverage Safety & Hygiene Policies and Procedure Certification will have an added advantage
11. Candidate with 2 years or above working experience in similar field will have an added advantage
12. Candidate must be able to converse in English and Mandarin in order to handle queries with different languages speaking customers/suppliers/colleagues
