Our client, a renowned developer , has an opportunity for a Winner to join the Team as a Investor Relations Assistant Manager.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and implement investor relations programs to foster effective communication and build strong relationships with the investment community, media, and other stakeholders.
- Oversee the production of investor relations materials, including annual reports, unitholder circulars, announcements, press releases, presentations, and website content.
- Organize and manage investor and analyst engagement events, such as AGMs, analyst briefings, investor conferences, and roadshows.
- Stay updated on developments in the REITs and real estate sectors to provide insights into market trends, activities, competitive landscape, shareholder concerns, and ESG-related issues.
- Manage the production of the REIT’s annual sustainability report, ensuring compliance with SGX reporting requirements.
- Monitor and review major ESG ratings, while enhancing the REIT’s corporate image and reputation.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Degree in sustainability, communications, business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years’ relevant experience.
- Strong proficiency in English and Chinese for material creation and effective communication with diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent skills in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
- Knowledge of the real estate industry or sustainability/finance/accounting is a plus.
- Resourceful, analytical, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Must obtain the CMFAS license.

- Working days: Monday to Friday
- Salary: up to S$9,500 and Bonus
