Dulwich College (Singapore) is seeking a talented Events Manager. The post holder will play a vital role in planning, coordinating, and executing high-quality events and programmes at the College, and will ensure that all events align with the school's vision and values, meet safety and safeguarding standards, and foster community engagement. The Events Manager will collaborate closely with academic and business support staff to deliver seamless and impactful experiences for students, parents, and stakeholders.

Taking on a project leadership role, the Events Manager works on College-wide events with domain owners to manage and coordinate all aspects, from strategy to execution.

Detail oriented and insightful, the Events Manager should possess excellent communication and people management skills and should be able to rally team members to implement events within tight schedules and stipulated budgets. They must be confident at dealing with people at all levels of the organisation and must be able to multitask numerous projects at the same time and confidently manage multi-team meetings. The successful candidate will have:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent.
• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in event planning and management, preferably in an educational or international organisation.
• Experience of negotiating vendor or supplier contracts and managing service provision.
• Experience of managing projects cross-departmentally.
• Experience working in an international environment would be desirable.
