Key Responsibilities:

• Overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of the store, including the development and implementation of opening and closing procedures to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Responsible for driving optimal performance on the sales floor by enhancing the customer experience and maximizing profitability.
• Leading human resources functions such as recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management, including making hiring and termination decisions. Requirements
