About the role

This role contacts assigned / agreed customers or prospects to sell company Alcona Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) range of products and services within South East Asia. Focuses on meeting assigned sales budget, new business development, maintaining customer relationships and troubleshooting specific customer problems. Main responsibilities

Sales Management

• Owning and achieving annual sales budgets within assigned product sector and/or accounts.
• Ensure adherence to global sales policies, processes, and guidelines.
• Secure buy-in from key customer stakeholders and maintain optimal relationships across account teams.
• To drive profitable sales growth for the allocated customers across all sectors of responsibility.

• Review sales pipeline, top-line revenue, and margin performance, initiating corrective actions as needed.
• Review and manage customer credit and payment in close cooperation with AMOS’ Account Receivables team.

Sales Planning & Review

• Attend regular review meetings with Head Of Sales (HOS).
• Review account pipeline (including RFQ’s), activities and performance using Salesforce (CRM).
• Review new opportunities, new business, loss business and new competition on a regular basis and take corrective actions, where applicable.
• Conduct monthly, quarterly, and yearly customer business reviews, ensuring well-prepared meetings with relevant stakeholders.
• Support HOS in ensuring minutes from Strategic Reviews are distributed to all relevant stakeholders and corrective actions are followed up.
• Escalate concerns or complaints to the HOS timely.

Opportunity Management

• Develop a personal network within the business sector and represent AMOS at events, obtaining market intelligence and enhancing visibility.
• Adhere to company processes and procedures and utilizes the Salesforce and other tools to document customer interaction, needs, and business projections.
• Use Salesforce for documenting customer interactions, needs, and business projections, ensuring effective customer retention and business development.

Requirements

• Min. 5 years experience in business development and managing sales

This position reports to the director of MYAGENC PTE. LTD. The Accounting Manager will play a critical role in overseeing company accounting activities, ensuring the accuracy of financial information, maintaining compliance with accounting standards and regulations, review and implement accounting systems and build and maintain good relations with clients, management and stakeholders.

Individual to be involved in:
1. Manage and oversee all aspects of accounting and finance.
2. Directing the accounting work, comply with the relevant accounting standards.
3. Manage relationships with clients and colleagues, support cross-functional initiatives.
4. Review current process flow for improvements and assist in the implementation of recommendations.
5.Any other duties or tasks as assigned.

Purpose and Scope

• Responsible for overseeing energy management practices in an organization. The role is critical for ensuring compliance with the requirements of the ECA, which aims to improve energy efficiency in industries and businesses.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain an Energy Management system (EnMS) in alignment with the standards specified by the ECA and Establish energy objectives and targets based on the organization's energy use patterns.
• Conduct or oversee regular energy audits to identify areas for improvement in energy consumption.
• Identify significant deviations in energy use and address them promptly to prepare and submit energy consumption reports and performance assessments as required by the authorities.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant Energy Conservation Act requirements, including mandatory energy reporting and energy-saving initiatives.
• Oversee the submission of annual energy consumption reports to the National Environment Agency (NEA) or other relevant authorities.
• Develop strategies and recommend technological solutions to reduce energy consumption and enhance energy efficiency.
• Conduct training for employees and key stakeholders on energy management practices, the importance of energy efficiency, and the implementation of energy-saving measures.
• Analyze energy performance data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization and use the findings to propose energy-saving strategies and set realistic energy targets.
• Integrate energy management into broader sustainability goals, aiming to reduce the organization’s environmental footprint.
• Track and manage energy-related costs to optimize spending and reduce overall energy expenditure and recommend financial strategies to support energy-saving projects, including investment in energy-efficient equipment or systems.
• Ensure proper documentation of energy-saving projects, energy performance data, audit results, and compliance reports to maintain an energy management database for continuous monitoring and future reference.

Qualifications & Experience

• Degree in Environmental Engineering or other related studies.
• Minimum 7 years’ experience in a plant environment.

Front of House/ Hall Staff:

- Ensure high-quality customer service handling customer enquiries, complaints, and feedback

- Set-up the dining area and service station in preparation for the day’s business.

- Take all guest orders following proper guest serving procedures (QR menu order also available)

- Perform daily and weekly housekeeping and cleaning duties according to schedules.

- Service Manager/ Supervisor:

* Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant ensuring smooth functioning of the kitchen, dining area and overall customer service.

* Staff management: Recruiting, training, and supervising restaurant staff, including servers, cooks, and other employees.

* Financial Management: Managing the restaurant's budget, monitoring expenses, and optimizing profitability.

* Inventory Control: Maintaining appropriate inventory levels, managing supplies, and ordering stock as needed.

* Maintaining Records: Keeping accurate records of sales, expenses, and other essential data.

· Back of House/ Kitchen Staff:

- Prepare, cook and plate food according to SOP

- Maintain proper consistency of food quality and safety

- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in food preparation

- Supervisor:

* Ensure stock, deliveries and wastage are all checked and recorded in line with the restaurant food standards

* Prepare the daily mis-en-place and food productions

* Execute and maintain standard recipes, cooking techniques and presentation to assure consistency

* Ensure that high standards of sanitation, cleanliness and safety are maintained throughout all kitchen areas at all times

* Ensure that food storage areas are maintained in accordance with the kitchen’s hygiene, health and safety policies and procedures

* Monitor Kitchen maintenance and report any defects of operating equipment to the Head Chef

Requirement

* Cooking Korean food experience preferred but not compulsory

* Profound knowledge of customer service and all food and beverage products.

* Micros or other similar POS system knowledge is taken into consideration.

* Fluent English is preferred for Hall staff

* Energetic team player with good communication skills

* We welcome candidates with no experience but are passionate about servicing and have a positive learning attitude (hands-on training will be provided)

Salary:

· Full Time: $2,700 - $4,000 per month (Annual Wage Increase based on performance)

Schedule:

* Full Time: 5 or 5.5 days per week.(40-44 hours) - Open Shift/ Close shift

* Part Time: 5 hrs/day of 5days per week or 9hrs/day of 2-3 days per week

• Financial accounting and bookkeeping
• Handle day-to-day financial operations within the company & group (payroll, invoicing, accounts payable, accounts receivable and other transactions)
• Record accounts payable and staff claims and process payment
• Follow up on accounts receivable collections.
