Role Description:

We're looking for an Operations Manager who can turn ideas into a well-oiled machine. If you can juggle flaming torches while riding a unicycle, you're on the right track (side note, if you can actually do this – we’ll book you as the performer for our next team retreat).

• Be the Swiss Army Knife: One day you're optimizing the hiring funnel, the next you're planning a team retreat in Bali. Boredom is not in our vocabulary.
• Event Planning Extraordinaire: Think you can organize a 30-person mastermind event on the beach? Challenge accepted.
• Talent Hunter: Find us the Top 1% of talent in the world to join our mission.
• Startup Surfer: Ride the waves of ambiguity like a pro. If you need your day planned5 years in advance, you might want to check if Google is hiring.

Some Examples of Projects You Will Lead

• Scale Our Dream Team: Build and run a hiring machine that'll take us from a team of 5 to a team of 50 to a team of 500 (you enjoy the challenge, right?).
• Event Management: Design and execute three member retreats per year. We're talking about “I can't believe this is a business trip” level experiences in places like Bali and Tulum. You'll be in charge of finding Instagram-worthy venues, negotiating with vendors, and creating unforgettable experiences for our members.
• Project Management: Work across multiple teams to coordinate efforts. For example, if we were going to launch a training course and needed someone to be the coordinator between the content that the Coaching team produces, the management of video editors to make sure they get the edited videos on time, and the marketing team to promote the training course, you would be the point person.
• Systems Optimization: Create and optimize processes that'll make our operations run like a well-oiled machine.
• Growth Opportunities: Work with our CEO to discover partnerships and acquisition opportunities that'll take Purple Circle to the next level.

Requirements

• Experience: Proven background as a project manager, recruiter, or operationsmanager.
• Problem-Solver Extraordinaire: You’re resourceful, solutions-focused, and yourmotto is “I’ll figure it out.”
• Spreadsheet Wizardry: You can transform data into a masterpiece of organizationand clarity.
• Chaos Coordinator: You thrive on creating order out of chaos and are comfortablehandling complex challenges.

• Self-Starter: You’re proactive and don’t require constant guidance to get the jobdone.

• Lab microbiology testing.
• Support in ISO documentation (9001 & 14001).
• Assist on troubleshooting or testing for product improvement.

Job Requirements:

• Min. Diploma in Chemistry/ Biotechnology or related field
• With or without relevant working experience are welcome.
