• Proven experience in project management, preferably in energy and offshore sector or marine navigation systems.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• Knowledge of quality procedures and regulations.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP) is a plus.

JOB SCOPE

To be able to manage and execute the company projects in building construction which covers:

• Ability to oversee the entire process and knowledgeable in project management relating to all operational and administration procedures
• Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, budget estimates, resource allocation, and risk management strategies for projects.
• Carry out project planning, cost control and project documentation
• Provide the direction in construction planning, coordinate works with sub-contractors, Client and Consultants to ensure overall construction progress based on schedule of works
• Ensure timely and smooth progress of works
• Ensure quality of works is achieved and safety & environmental regulations are complied on site all time.
• Able to work in a stress and fast-pace enviroment.

Requirement:

• Knowledge in Civil or Architecture Engineering or related field
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in construction industries
• Safety related certificate such as supervisor safety, risk management, is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes and safety regulations
• Possess good communication and interpersonal / management skills.
• Strong analytical skills

Job Description & Requirements

• Coach and plan training development of staff.
• Manage and oversee the daily activities of the assigned store.
• Lead and motivate the staff in achieving sales objective, service excellence and operational compliance.
• Supervise the daily work performance of the employees.
• Handle customers’ complaints, enquiries and feedback.
• Roster scheduling and assigning shift duties.
• Organize and co-ordinate the store operations, merchandising and promotional activities within the established guidelines.
• Observe vigilance in the control of cash and inventory variations to the minimum and within the set limits.
• Manpower planning, recruit Sales Assistants and achieving adequate staffing level.
• Maintain a high standard of store image/cleanliness and proper maintenance of all equipment.
• Ensure the daily banking-in of trading receipts and prompt submission to HQ of the relevant paperwork.
• Ensure accurate receiving and ordering before confirmation.
