Job description and requirements are as follows :

• Hands-on perform routine/periodic inspections, monitoring and checks on a variety of building services/facilities, follow up with the submission of checklist/report/defects list to the Manager and carry out necessary rectification works;
• To perform Installations, troubleshooting, preventive & corrective maintenance work on air-conditioning, mechanical ventilation systems and electrical systems – power & lighting, fire protection systems, building management systems, plumbing & sanitary systems;
• Attend to breakdowns, complaints/feedback, and tenant service calls on building services/facilities, perform relevant repair works and follow up with the submission of relevant service/maintenance reports to the Manager;
• Inspect, supervise and check on contractors and ensure that all maintenance, repair and replacement works and services undertaken by them are carried out properly and satisfactorily in accordance with the designated work scope and specifications;
• Supervise works carried out by contractors to ensure compliance with a method statement, risk assessment and workplace safety.
• Hands-on and able to carry out handyman and breakdown maintenance works (e.g. electrical, sanitary, plumbing, minor repairs etc.)
• To certify the completion of jobs undertaken by contractors.
• Check and keep stock of inventory and submit requests for purchases.
• Recommend improvements, cost savings measures, inventory control, etc.
• Attend to any other duties as and when required by the Manager

• To identify potential welding problems and work out the solution.

• Keep Engineer updated on work progress.

• To assist Engineer in welding quality issues and improvement.

• Ensure assigned daily work schedule and production target is achieved.

• To comply with all applicable quality, health, safety and environmental regulations.

• Performs all kinds of welding, brazing and cutting on any type or metal using tools commonly used in welding work.

• Weld metal materials to piping systems equipment using the appropriate welding procedure for the various equipment and metal types involved.

• To carry out such other duties & responsibilities as per Company required from time to time.

Research Scientist-BPIS

Major responsibilities as a Research Scientist in IMCB will include hands-on execution of In vitro & in vivo disease model development, validation and experiments to evaluate compounds for efficacy in various animal models of diseases with clinically-relevant endpoints, especially with experience to handle rodents.

Requirements:

• PhD Degree in Biological sciences/ Pharmacology or equivalent.
• 6-8 years of experience of either academic/industrial preclinical research
• Proficiency and hand on experience in cell culture, molecular biology techniques
• Working knowledge and hands on expertise in pre-clinical in vitro/in vivo pharmacolog
• toxicology assays and should possess solid understanding of pathophysiology of various diseases
• Well versed with various techniques of rodent animal handling, drug administration by different routes (IV inj, IP inj, SC Inj, IM inj, oral dosing), anaesthesia, rodent surgical techniques, and euthanasia.
• Familiarity with GLP regulations and ICH/FDA guidelines for the conduct of toxicology studies to support regulatory filings.
• Broad understanding of FDA & ICH guidelines.
• Experienced in scientific data compilation, conduct data interpretation, reporting of study results & conclusions, Statistical analysis, Report writing & archiving.

Job Description :

Requirements:

· ITE / Polytechnic graduate from Chemical Process Technology (Industrial Chemistry) preferred.

· Minimum 2 year working experience in a laboratory (preferably in a petroleum testing laboratory)

· Be able to work well as a team and also work independently when required.

· Have good initiative, enthusiasm and willingness to learn.

· Good analytical skills.

· Careful in handling sensitive equipment.

· Competent in MS Office products.
