Job Description

• Involve in plant routine preventive maintenance & servicing activities, replacement of parts.
• Upkeep of plant tools, equipment, bins condition, stickers, and straps.
• Load & unload waste bins, wash and arrange waste bins.
• Housekeeping of working station/ area.
• Run tests after servicing.
• Comply with the plant’s safety regulatory requirements.
• Report and solve operational faults.
• Other related activities and ad-hoc duties assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum NITEC education level.
• Preferably with 1 year of relevant working experience in the related field. However, no experience required as on-the-job training provided
• Knowledge of water treatment plant operations will be an advantage.
• Self-motivated, a good team player, hardworking & willing to learn.
• Able to work overtime when needed, including Sunday and PH.
• Able to work in a fast-paced work environment.
• Good in time management, problem-solving, and work hands-on.
• Physical work will be required.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Assemble and operate equipment to manufacture products in a controlled environment under rotating shift
• Perform weighing of components and weighing and packaging of products into final packaging configuration
• Perform cleaning of production rooms and equipment
• Support and maintain daily operation output and schedule adherence
• Follows all EHS and Quality regulation, policies and procedures
• Support safety and lean initiatives

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• GCE ‘O’ level/ NITEC/ Diploma in Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in GMP environment is preferred (Candidates without experience are welcome to apply).
• Able to read & write in English and has basic knowledge of Mathematics and troubleshooting skill

• Responsibility for and performance of general maintenance tasks such as carpentry, plumbing, painting and interior finishes/fixtures (lighting, carpeting, walls, ceilings, doors) related to the general maintenance and aesthetics of the building, including but not limited to, work generated from Preventative Maintenance system, Work Order system, and Unscheduled Maintenance system (Corrective Maintenance)
• Carry out first line maintenance of a range building engineering services plant and equipment
• Administer the permit to work system
• Carry out emergency repairs so as to ensure the continued operation of all plant and equipment
• Complete a daily log report on activities within the section
• Operate the building management system and adjust as required to ensure an energy efficient operation
• Carry out other infrastructure or building repairs so as to ensure continued operation
• To utilise Preventative Planned Maintenance software to monitor plant performance and identify fault incident’s

Job Description:

• Production: Deliver product at the required time, quality, and cost
• Process: Follow the defined workflow and procedure
• Installation: Install and maintain electrical systems and equipment. This includes wiring, lighting fixtures, circuit breakers, transformers, motors, generators, and other electrical components.
• Wire harness and Cable crimping
• Building Power Distribution Box
• Planning: Follow the manpower allocation, material and production schedule
• Documentation: Follow the work instruction, work process, and safe work procedure in your manufacturing process
• 5S & Safety: Comply and perform existing 5S & Safety practices and standards at the workplace
• Preventive Maintenance: Perform simple equipment preventive maintenance

Requirements:

• Minimum NITEC or Higher NITEC or Diploma in Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of experience as Electrical Technician
• Only Singaporeans
• Basic understanding 2D and 3D mechanical drawing
• Able to execute correct repair or rework on defective product
• Able to communicate in verbal and written English
• Willing to learn new skills
• Willing to work overtime, if required (OT pay & meal will be provided)

Job Responsibilities:

Ø To be familiar with all equipment’s in plants, maintain all maintenance equipment’s accurate documents integrity and equipment history database reachable.

Ø Perform preventive maintenance work and support to implement Mechanical integrity work, troubleshooting, repair for all equipment

Ø Knowledge of the process and maintenance of large and complex rotating equipment

Ø Identify mechanical critical equipment and critical spare parts for the facility

Ø Assist maintenance lead in maintaining equipment manuals

Ø Documenting processes and maintaining mechanical service records.

Requirements:

Ø Read and interprets test plans and procedures

Ø Provide technical reports through the specified datasheet or check-list

Ø Strong analytical and problem-solving skill

Ø Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Ø Candidate must have at least a NTC or Diploma degree.

Ø Minimum 5 to 10 years of experience as a mechanical technician in a related industry
