1. Equipment Maintenance:

• To perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and able to repair basic equipment including mechanical and electrical systems.
• Diagnose basic to intermediate troubleshoot problems and implement appropriate solutions to restore equipment functionality.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and replacements.

2. Facility Upkeep:

3. Safety and Compliance:

4. Equipment Installation and Calibration:

• Assist in the installation and setup of new equipment, machinery, or systems.
• Support basic to intermediate process modification and project.

5. Inventory Management:

• Maintain an organized inventory of spare parts, tools, and supplies necessary for routine maintenance and repairs.
• Works with Maintenance inventory and facility team to order and restock supplies as needed to minimize downtime.

6. Collaboration and Communication:

• Collaborate with other maintenance team members and departments to address complex maintenance issues and projects.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, peers, and management regarding maintenance status, updates, and recommendations.

7. Training and Development:

• To provide basic training to new and unskilled technician

Job Requirements:

• Minimum O level or equivalent; diploma/certificate or vocational training in maintenance or a related field is a plus

Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you are responsible for supporting and executing the setup of the Packaging operations. This involves working closely together with the Capital Project team to ensure Safety, Quality, Compliance and Operational aspects of the packaging lines are adequately included during the design and construction phase. Post construction and qualification, as the team prepares for commercial supply, you will support the engineering and maintenance activities to ensure they meet GMP, regulatory and supply requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Safety & compliance

• Uphold and comply with safety standards and never compromise on patient, team and personal safety.
• Participate in Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) improvement initiatives.
• Implement corrective and preventive actions as recommended from investigations, regulatory inspections and internal audits.
• Understand and ensure Safety and cGMP requirements are met. Ensure equipment related activity is completed according to established procedures and all associated documentation is completed to a high standard.

Enhance and uphold Maintenance quality

• Execute maintenance and improvement activities within the IPT, ensure preventative maintenance is completed according to schedule requirements, and support equipment change control implementations
• Reduce equipment downtime and enhance equipment performance through quality preventive maintenance works.
• Executes CMMS Work Instruction from Packaging line (e.g. Isolation and Reconnection of electrical supply, replace faulty part, troubleshoot, repair E/I and mechanical faults).

Operations excellence

• Support and meet performance metrics of the assigned operations
• Proactively assess and carry out preventive maintenance and corrective repair works on packaging, robotic and conveying system.
• Contribute to maintain a high level of good housekeeping and carrying out operations within accepted GMP and HSE practices.
• Resolve issues in a timely manner and minimize equipment down time.
• Participate in Continuous improvement initiatives. Identify and report improvement for routine work activities.
• Highly effective worker; resourceful with a “get-it-done, can-do” attitude.

Problem solving

• Analyze and recommend solutions for identified issues
• Support Production and Maintenance teams on problem solving and troubleshooting.
• Able to properly assess the situation and understand when to escalate to a higher level.
• Work together with the Engineering team to use 5S tool to maintain the working environment and perform Kaizen for improvement activities.

WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE

Qualifications & Experience

• Nitec/ Diploma in Mechanical / Mechatronics / Electrical or Instrumentation & Control Engineering.
• 3-5 years of maintenance experience in the chemical or semiconductor industry.
• Experience or knowledge of PLC’s/HMI’s, electrical protective devices will be an added advantage.
• Good oral/written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge and experience working within a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). ). Familiarity with SAP is a plus.
• Basic knowledge in using Microsoft Office, including MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint

Job Summary:

Support in the daily business operations for drop shipment activities, including packing and preparation of delivery of pharmaceutical products for orders. Assist in drug stock management activities.

Core Responsibilities:

· Support and assist the pharmacist in facilitating the activities of the Pacific Biosciences.

· Perform stock receipt into inventory, ensuring correct quantities, batch numbers and expiry dates are entered.

· Sorts and stocks incoming pharmaceutical products & medical devices, ensuring proper storage and handling of inventory.

· Check all prepared products to ensure that they adhere to quality control and labelling requirements.

· Maintain records related to the preparation of pharmaceutical products & medical devices, including controlled drugs (if applicable).

· Assist in providing client with information including email enquiries on clients’ orders.

Job Description:

- Perform electrical & electronics system and component diagnostic, troubleshooting and repair work on products.

- Perform field service work.

- Analyse and interpret test information to resolve repaired related issues.

- Ensure quality of products delivered to end user.

- Document work procedures based on technical requirements for the MRO components.

- Any ad hoc duties assigned by Engineer.

Job Requirements:

- Diploma/ Nitec in Electrical & Electronics Engineering

- Knowledge in Army systems will be an added advantage - Competent in electrical & electronics system

- Familiar with PCB, soldering and other electronics components.

• Attend daily Tool Box Talks to ensure full understanding of work scope as per PTW requirements.

• Filling up checksheets, test records and prepare red-line mark-up drawings, etc. during commissioning tests.

• Testing of electrical systems with oscilloscopes, voltmeters, and ohmmeters.
• Conducting maintenance repairs on old or faulty fixtures.

• Providing suggestions for equipment replacement.
• Writing electrical maintenance reports.
• Installing new electrical appliances in the building.

Job Scope:

The successful candidates will be involved in the operations of the assigned process plant units involving work in the field and at the control panel:

• Perform field patrolling to monitor site conditions and take corrective actions to ensure safe and smooth plant operations
• Perform frontline trouble-shooting to address deviations, improve plant reliability & process safety
• Prepare equipment for maintenance and re-commissioning activities
• Ensure safe and smooth operation of plant facilities, such as exchangers, rotating equipments etc

Requirements:

• Diploma in Chemical Engineering / Chemical Process Technology, OR
• Nitec / Higher Nitec in Chemical Process Technology, OR
• GCE ’O’ Level with credits in Physics or Chemistry, and Mathematics
• Must be prepared to work on 3 rotating shifts
