Reporting to Shift Supervisor, this position will execute and maintain manufacturing process operations by physically performing the task of process control, equipment monitoring and in-process analysis to ensure the production process strictly follows company safety standards and environmental regulations and product quality is within customer's requirement.

Responsibilities:

• Support Shift Supervisor in handling plant start-up, shutdown manufacturing process according to established procedures
• Support production activities such as in-process quality testing, catalyst preparation, equipment preparation for maintenance, loading & unloading of process solvents
• Perform all routine task required to maintain manufacturing process such as monitor process parameters, plant patrolling, data logging and housekeeping
• Perform safe work practices through following safety regulations and supporting safety programs
• Ensure safe working conditions through taking corrective actions to maintain equipment and process condition within safe operating limits
• Perform company emergency response in areas of firefighting, rescue and loss containment
• Maintain plant safety equipment through routine checks
• Execute predictive maintenance to identify and prepare equipment for maintenance before breakdown
• Prepare or update standard operating procedures based on acquired experience and new technical know-how

Requirements:

• Diploma in Chemical Engineering or Chemical and Pharmaceutical Technology, NITEC in Chemical Process Technology or Higher NITEC in Chemical Technology or a related discipline with at least 4 years of relevant experience
• Knowledge in Distributed Control System is advantageous
• Effective team player with good communication skills and high self-motivation
• Able to perform rotating shift work
• Able to perform overtime work when required
• Willing to work in Jurong Island

Responsibilities

• Do electrical works in workshop and onsite
• Must be able to read electrical drawings not limited to line diagram, general arrangement etc
• Tests electrical characteristics, for example, voltage, resistance, and phase angle, in circuits, using voltmeters, ohmmeters etc
• All general work required to complete the installation of electrical wirings and accessories
• Packing and packaging of finished products for delivery
• Supervises and participates in the installation and/or alteration to electrical systems at customer site or in workshop
• To perform site work and field services as and when required
• To provide assistance to the FATs
• To maintain inventory and upkeep workshop safely to high standard of working environment

Position Overview

Responsible for evaluating conformance to Company specifications for all ingredients from receiving to work in process to finished beverage bases, including processes, whether at Plant or at suppliers.

Ensure compliance with good laboratory (GLP) practices and good manufacturing practice (GMP), thereby adding value to the Company’s business.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate ingredients, work in process, and finished beverage bases with physical-chemical, microbiological and sensory evaluation test procedures to ensure conformance to specification and in accordance to Company ‘s Quality system.
• Complete the approval and release procedures for ingredients, packaging materials and finished product and ensure quality data are transacted in SAP/Sample Manager (Laboratory Integrated Management System (LIMs)).
• Ensure ingredients have all pertinent documentation (Certificates of Analysis, pre-shipment approvals, etc. before their final release.
• Sample ingredients, packaging materials, intermediate and final products both within the premises and at external storage if required.
• Calibrate analytical equipment accordingly.
• Conduct laboratory testing of equipment /processes/methods to ensure accuracy and repeatability of quality data through process capability studies, control charting, methods validation, out of specification/out of trend analysis demonstrating that GLP is practiced consistently. Document and maintain records of laboratory procedures, process and test data.
• Keep record of chemicals, glass wares, reagents inventories and MSDS for all chemicals. Support the purchase of laboratory item.

Requirements

• Diploma in Applied science or Food science related discipline.
• Minimum of 1 years’ experience in food/beverage or pharmaceutical multinational organization’s quality control department/laboratory operations.
• Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) experience would be considered as an advantage.
• Good Laboratory Practices (LGP) experience would be considered as an advantage.
• Demonstrated ability of executing food industry analytical testing.
• SAP knowledge would be considered as an advantage.
• Able to support shift work (7:30am - 4pm / 3:30pm - 12mn).

Roles:

Process Technician will be part of the Operations Team responsible for ensuring Operations processes run smoothly as per production plan. The incumbent is expected to be proficient in troubleshooting and resolving operations and process issues.

Responsibilities:

• Manage safe start up and shutdown of process/unit
• Ensure routine tasks and operations checklists are completed as scheduled
• Issue and close safe work permits and ensure work activities are carried out safely
• Ensure proper handover and takeover during shift change
• Participate in Environment, Safety, Health and Compliance programs

Requirements:

• Diploma with background in chemical or mechanical
• At least 2 years’ of relevant experience in a manufacturing/polymer plant
• Those with Class 1 or Class 2 local boiler attendant certification are encouraged to apply
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Good team player, with strong self-initiative
• Experience in DCS operations and controls
• Supervisory skills is advantageous
• Willing to perform 12hour rotating shift work

Job Description:

· Operate fixed shear equipment with stationary grab used to cut the process steel scrap.

· Commit to plant safety procedures. Ensure all relevant safety measures are adhered prior to application of permit-to-work.

· Maintenance activities and supporting plant operation to minimize downtime.

· Assist in the maintenance of mobile machineries like Liebherr 954, Cat 336 Grapple / Magnetic and Volvo 480 Grapple.

· Ensure 5S housekeeping to ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of the plant area including control room, lightings are all function, appropriate tools and equipment are in working condition.

· Target for incident free and reliable operations, including timely and proper maintenance of systems.

· Ensure tools and equipment are replenished timely, reinstated and maintained.

· Provide immediate response to incidents and emergencies.

· Any job assigned by the Engineer and Manager.

Job Requirements:

Responsibilities:

• Install and service casino management system & gaming equipment
• Monitor and carry out all scheduled preventive maintenance programmes for electronic gaming equipment
• Ensure compliance with Casino Regulatory Authority and other statutory requirements, established policies, standard operating procedures, internal control & service standards

Requirements:

• Meet Casino Regulatory Authority’s statutory requirement of minimum 21 years of age
• Prior experience of 1-2 years in a related electronic industry as Technician preferred
• Diploma/Certificate or equivalent in Electrical/ Electronics/ Computer System Engineering/Mechatronics
• Must be able to differentiate colors for work purposes
• Able to work rotating shifts and on weekends and public holidays
