• Minimum NITEC (Electrical Engineering/Electrical Technology/Built Environment) or work- related experience

Responsibilities:

• Report to Facility Engineer, and system ownership on operation and maintenance pertaining to 100K clean room, centralized air conditioning, Industrial exhaust, process utilities, DI water system, vacuum system, compress air system, process cooling water system, and other miscellaneous facilities systems for Semiconductor Test factory.
• Ensure continuous supply of utilities and related facilities at the required performance level or specifications.
• Perform continuous improvement of facilities equipment key performance indicators such as % availability, mean time to repair (MTTR) and mean time between failure (MTBF).
• Record all repair, services, maintenance procedures and processes.
• Ensure compliance with ISO standards and support audit functions.
• Ensure safety requirement is strictly followed and all vendors must meet our safety expectation before commencement of work.
• Perform preventive maintenance procedures to reduce facilities equipment failures.
• Provide urgent/ad-hoc support for troubleshooting facilities equipment, even during off-office hours, so as to achieve continuous running of the facilities.
• Perform cost-reduction initiatives while still maintaining quality and productivity.
• Provide job assistance and conduct job trainings for employees as needed.
• Any additional tasks as assigned by the manager or management.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Engineering or equivalent
• 1 to 2 years of experience in facilities & maintenance, repair or servicing of Semiconductor testing facilities equipment.
• Experienced Facility Technician or Field Service Technician who is highly effective working in a team-oriented matrix organization.
• Must have proven skills effective problem solving, troubleshooting and root cause failure analysis, on facilities management.
• Able to demonstrate good communication, organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills
• Experience in either a Semiconductor Final Testing Environment or Manufacturing industry
• Willing to work in Cleanroom environment
• Able to perform a 8 hours rotating shifts(Both day & night shift), or
• Able to perform a 12 hours rotating shifts(Both day & night shift), when business needs.

Job Description

Perform repairs & general maintenance work on various systems, including (but not limited to) M&E, plumbing & sanitary, air-conditioning, electrical/lighting, painting, and carpentry.

Troubleshoot issues and implement effective solutions.

Ensure compliance with building and fire safety regulations.

Follow established maintenance strategies and company policies for a safe environment.

Coordinate with other departments for smooth operations.

Communicate effectively with supervisors and colleagues regarding maintenance statu and issues.

Qualifications and Skills:

1 to 2 years of relevant working experiences in facilities & building maintenance.

ITE NITEC / Higher NITEC / GCE 'N' / 'O' Level / Diploma

Preferably to have hospitality background

A team player and the ability to work during weekends and on public holidays.
