The Beh lab seeks to develop cutting-edge CRISPR-Cas technologies to uncover the biological functions of RNA modifications. Dysregulation of these modifications has been linked to cancer, neurological disorders, and metabolic disease. We will determine the mechanisms by which RNA modifications and CRISPR-Cas systems operate by drawing upon diverse techniques, including protein engineering, biochemical reconstitution, genomics, and cell-based experiments. Responsibilities

  Perform data trending and analysis and monitor test method performance. Analyze data to identify unfavorable trends, investigate underlying causes, address issues with relevant stakeholders, implement effective actions and to drive improvement on the method robustness.

  Review and assess external standard and/or regulatory requirements pertaining to quality control activities and implement necessary changes to ensure compliance.

JOB OVERVIEW

The Calibration Lab Technician is responsible for performing calibration and maintenance of electrical measuring instruments in compliance with industry standards and customer requirements. This role ensures accuracy, reliability, and traceability of equipment used in industrial and scientific applications.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform calibration of electrical equipment and instruments, including multimeters, clamp meters, oscilloscopes, hypot tester, power meters, and other electrical test devices in laboratory or client site as required.
• Ensure all calibrations are conducted in compliance with ISO/IEC 17025 standards.
• Conduct routine testing and quality checks on lab equipment.
• Prepare detailed calibration certificates and reports in compliance with ISO/IEC 17025 standards.
• Maintain accurate calibration records and ensure traceability to national or international standards.
• Ensure proper maintenance and cleanliness of calibration equipment and the lab environment.
