Objectives and Summary of the Position

• Operating the Antioxidant (AO) manufacturing plant and ensure compliance to all production, Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) and quality standards
• Basic experience in Panel Distributed Control System (DCS) and field operations for all the production lines to progressively attain full familiarity with both panel DCS and field production operations

Responsibilities:

• Operates the production units in accordance with local and company’s EHS rules and regulations, Standard Operations Procedures (SOPs) and as instructed by the Production Engineer
• Good knowledge of process flow of all production units including tank-farm, utility to fulfils the tasks as follows:
• Familiarity with Emergency procedures for the safe operation and shutdown of units through DCS.
• Perform field operator routines such as raw material and catalyst filling, SAMACO rounds, preparation of equipment for Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO), 5S rounds, filter change outs etc.
• Ensure the correct usage and maintenance of PPEs for all the associated field tasks.
• Learn and Operate Delta V to control process units under close supervision of Senior/Lead Technician.
• In case of emergency, performs the activities of a firefighting brigade member after shutting down the plant safely as per the emergency shutdown procedure.
• Perform in-process sampling and testing.
• Report all accident, injury, near miss, unsafe conditions and behaviour to immediate Supervisor so that remedial actions can be taken to eliminate risk. Ensure full compliance to plant EHS programs such as Behaviour Based Safety (BBS) / Hazard Elimination and Control Card (HEC)

Requirements:

• Diploma in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry or other related engineering qualification (e.g. Nitec)
• Able to work 24/7 shift schedule
• Basic understanding of chemical processes
• Able to use Microsoft Office. Experience in SAP PM module will be an added advantage.

Junior Service Technician

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Service Technician to support our newly commissioned Hull Cleaning station in Singapore.

This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience with advanced robotics and automation systems while contributing to the success of our operations.

As part of our commitment to employee growth, this position will be groomed into a full-fledged Service Technician, capable of operating ROVs, performing onboard repairs, and overseeing operations with quality assurance and technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in technical service and support for Hull Cleaning stations and operations.
• Provide basic quality assurance and technical assistance during operations.
• Participate in Hull Cleaning and Biofouling Detection activities under supervision.
• Support the installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment and systems.
• Diagnose basic technical issues and recommend solutions.
• Contribute to quality monitoring processes.
• Learn and implement company procedures and services.

Qualifications:

• Educational background in electric/automation, mechanical/technical fields, or robotics/cybernetics, or equivalent experience.
• Basic troubleshooting and servicing skills for electrical and mechanical equipment.
• Willingness to learn and grow technical expertise with company equipment and ROV systems.
• Positive attitude and a growth mindset.
