Job Scope:

• To pack finished goods and raw material at the Fragrance, Cosmetic Ingredient and Oral Care plants
• Paired with senior technician for on-the-job training on a buddy system
• Compounding at Fragrance, Oral Care and Cosmetic Ingredient plants
• Go through a Safety Induction training prior to packing in order to meet regulatory requirement and standard
• Operate electronic weighing scales in a safe manner
• Keep records on packed drums and record any yield gain/loss
• To read and understand the types of product labels for each finished goods type, and paste the correct labels on each drum
• Trained to operate electric stackers, mechanical pumps and diaphragm pumps

Requirement:

• Min NITEC or Diploma in any discipline, no exp is needed
• On-the-job training provided
• Comfortable with strong smelling environment
• Comfortable in wearing PPE

Key Responsibilities

• Installing and repairing hydraulic components, such as pumps, tanks, motors, valves, and filters, using hand tools and power tools, such as grinders and drill presses
• Repairing or replacing valves, fittings, cylinders, and other components as needed to repair or replace damaged parts
• Installing, repairing, or replacing equipment in machinery used in construction, mining, agriculture, manufacturing, waste management, marine, or other industries
• Diagnosing problems with equipment to determine the source of the problem
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Responsibilities & Duties

• Assist to execute daily production control activities, such as Production Scheduling, Line Balancing and manpower planning.
• Assist to execute daily quality control activities, such as Adherence to all SOP requirements as per respective regulatory guidelines GMP, Halal, GDP Medical Device & Therapeutic products.
• To ensure documentation and records are proper and complete.
• To ensure housekeeping & cleaning of the production equipment’s and facilities are completed.

Job Description:

• To ensure that specimens are picked up from the appropriate department, sorted, pre-scanned and registered into the appropriate temperature bins in a timely fashion
• To identification of problem samples and corrects routing of these specimens.
• To close and prepare sample shipments.
• To be accountable for accurately identifying specimens that need to be discarded and completing the discard process.
• To creation of new storage drawers for use in registration process and the ability to completed location moves in the database
• To consolidate and move drawers as specified to effectively utilize freezer space.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures and perform all departmental and interdepartmental SOP's as written
• Generate an appropriate audit trail of all activities and maintains own training file and required documentation
