• Communication skills to exchange straightforward information.

• Response to customer reported fault and/or requested service through on site visit or remote programming/rectification
• Carried out faulty items vertification before final RMA
• Assist in projects such as project managemen, installation, integration, configuration, analysis of possible solution, preventive-maintenance and third party testingas well as carried-out demo.
• Perform day-to-day telephony support function for customer locally as well as regional office
• Provide support and backup to Contact Centre activities as well as maintaining technical interface relationship with vendor/supplier.
• Perform preventive maingenance for customer as allocated and scheduled.
• Daily liaison with networking team to ensure telephony configurations are adequate and appropriate.

Responsibilities:

• Installation, removal and troubleshooting of telematics equipment in the vehicle
• Stock taking to ensure sufficient inventory levels
• Basic system and parts assembly
• Liaising with client to schedule installs
• Monitor and oversee system health

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge in computer operations
• Familiarity with web technologies
• Familiarity with vehicles accessories
• Open to individuals with no experience in this field
• Having class 2B/3 licence would be advantageous
