• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment, including disinfecting tools and equipment after each client

• Assess clients' nail and skin conditions and recommend appropriate treatments and aftercare

• Stay updated on the latest nail trends, techniques, and products to enhance service offerings

• Ensure a positive client experience by being attentive, friendly, and professional

• Manage appointment scheduling and client records accurately

• Comply with all health, safety, and hygiene standards

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Manicure/Pedicure Technician or similar role

• Certification in nail care or cosmetology preferred

• Proficiency in nail techniques such as gel and acrylic application, nail art, and classic manicures and pedicures

• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and ability to stay calm and professional under pressure

Working hours: 3 rotating shift work (3 rest day every 2 weeks)

Morning – 7am to 4pm

Afternoon – 2pm to 11pm

Night – 10.30pm to 7.30am (night shift allowance at $14/night)

Responsibilities

• Perform daily operational activities which includes attending to customer's enquiries, needs and complaints.
• Perform preventive and breakdown techinical support and maintenance for mechanical/electrical services, plumbing & sanitary services, Aircon servicing and maintenance, ACMV systems, chillers and electrical control.
• Perform electrical related work for all Low and High voltage systems, and preventive & breakdown technical support.
• Inspect and maintain site electrical equipment.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess Licensed Electrical Worker (LEW) Certified Grade 7
• Recognized techincal certificate in Mechanical & Electrical, Building Services, Facility Technology or its equivalent.
• Candidates with WSQ qualifications are welcome to apply.
• Possess hands on and technical knowledge with minimum 3 years' experience in Facilities Management.
• Able to perform shift work
