Job Description

• Conduct 360 virtual tour scanning services at clients’ properties using specialized 360 cameras.
• Perform photography and videography shoots by using gimbals and mobile devices.
• Handle post-production tasks for 360 virtual tour models, raw photos, and videos as per company requirements.
• Maintain communication and coordinate with clients throughout the process.
• Undertake any additional administrative duties as required.

Job Requirements

• Minimal qualification of Higher Nitec or higher
• Proficient in photography and videography
• Knowledge in operating a 360 camera and gimbal
• Basic knowledge in Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom for photo editing
• Familiarity with Adobe Premiere Pro is a plus
• Familiarity with or owning a DSLR and/or Mirrorless camera is a plus
• Willingness to travel around Singapore
• Able to work independently
• Possess a friendly disposition and strong communication skills
• Comfortable with prolonged periods of standing during working hours
• No or minimal working experience is acceptable as training will be provided

• Operation of all audio-visual equipment with the aim to provide high quality technical standards
• Ensure that the audio-visual equipment is tested and in correct working order before use or an event; investigate faults and recommend further actions to rectify
• Maintains audio visual equipment including routine inspections and preventative maintenance
• Maintain a strong working knowledge of video and audio equipment, wireless technology, computers, LCD projectors, and video conferencing equipment
• Coordinate integration with specialty audio visual equipment as needed
• Responsible for cord management & safe set up and dismantle
• Provide regular feedback to AV Manager or Workplace team on communication issues and service improvements
• Liaison with project manager regarding the exact audio-visual requirements for events. This will include assistance with PowerPoint presentations, audio and videoconferences
• Candidates who possess Class 3 driving license will be an added advantage.
• Good communications and interpersonal skills, team player with good discipline and working attitude

• Receive laboratory specimens and reject those that are unsuitable for analysis.
• Operate the Laboratory Information System to perform functions such as result query, order entry and result entry.
• Perform waived tests and moderate complexity tests. Perform all procedures in accordance with laboratory protocols.
• Alert appropriate laboratory personnel of critical values.
• Report any adverse incidents to senior member of staff.
• Prepare reagents and materials that require special handling to ensure reliability.
• Receive and resolve queries from customers.
• Undertake preventive maintenance on laboratory instrumentation. Notify appropriate laboratory personnel when laboratory instruments malfunction.
• Notify appropriate laboratory personnel when test kits, reagents or other supplies should be re-ordered.
• Perform shift duties as required.
• Keep current with new instrumentation, techniques and procedures by attending/participating in appropriate workshops, seminars and in-service education classes.
• Comply with good laboratory practice as set out by the Laboratory Accreditation Programme of the College of American Pathologists and Singapore regulatory agencies such as the Medical Audit & Accreditation Unit.
• Comply with all requirement of the Laboratory Safety Manual.
• Evaluate new laboratory test methodologies.
• Demonstrate laboratory procedures to trainees and new staff.
• Guide Laboratory Technicians, Clerical Staff and Health Attendants in their work when required.
• Participate in routine laboratory administrative work such as filling, processing of deliveries orders and invoices.
• Any other duties as assigned by supervisor.
