Responsibilities

• Servicing and repairing industrial cleaning equipment such as high-pressure jet, leaf blower, scrubbing machine, vacuum cleaner, battery operated cart and etc

Responsibilities:

• Report to Facility Engineer, and system ownership on operation and maintenance pertaining to 100K clean room, centralized air conditioning, Industrial exhaust, process utilities, DI water system, vacuum system, compress air system, process cooling water system, and other miscellaneous facilities systems for Semiconductor Test factory.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Engineering or equivalent
• 1 to 2 years of experience in facilities & maintenance, repair or servicing of Semiconductor testing facilities equipment.

The aircon technician will be involved in the maintenance, repair, and installation of different types of air conditioning systems. Aircon Technician will be involved in performing general maintenance services in households and offices all across Singapore, including washing aircon, diagnosing and rectifying issues in all brands and types of aircon, and installing and dismantling aircon. This role has the following responsibilities:
- Dismantle malfunctioning systems and replace worn out or defective parts.
- Perform chemical washes and chemical overhauls.

Job Responsibilities:

• To perform mechanical fitting job, machine assembly and maintenance, which requires knowledge of machine fits and tolerances
• To lead a team of technicians in preventive maintenance, checking and inspection, troubleshooting, repairs and overhauls of machinery and equipment having assigned and allocated resources to meet targets through planned and scheduled annual maintenance activities
• To carry out metal working for hot works
• To execute welding work
• To operate heavy machinery and perform lifting works
• To read mechanical drawing

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least secondary school education/ NITEC
• Past experiences in heavy industry/ metal fabrication shops/ machine maintenance will be preferred
• Candidate should possess basic knowledge of computer and data entry, and basic command of English (ability to read, write and speak)
• Able to work rotation shift and weekends
