Responsibilities

• To carry out standby tasks and preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment as needed to ensure the equipment operates safely and correctly
• Perform both remedial and preventive maintenance tasks in line with the timetable.
• Perform remedial maintenance tasks as needed.
• Follow the safety protocols at work.
• Make sure to store and utilize tools properly.
• While working, adhere to appropriate workplace conduct. When necessary, complete standby tasks.
• Observe the breakdown report and offer assistance When needed, use the Standby Section
• Report all team-related issues to your supervisors.
• Perform any additional tasks that your supervisor assigns you.
• Maintain accurate records of the work completed for the pertinent reports.
• As needed by legislation, take care of any building or equipment inspections (BCD, FSB)
• aid in carrying out and researching

• Candidate with lift industry experience will have a good advantage for this role.
• Minimum NITEC in any technical field

Responsibilities

1. Operate the process to meet the conditions specified in manuals/instructions.

4. To prepare chemical solutions according to SOP and guideline.

Remuneration Package

• Basic: S$1,800 – S$2,500
• Working hours: 5.5 work week (Mon-Fri: 8am – 5pm; Sat: 8am – 12pm)

The incumbent need to have hand-on experience as an electrician technician, you are accountable for handling & executing Electrical related works for preventive, corrective, reactive maintenance and attend to ad-hoc jobs by immediate direct or Management.

Job Responsibilities:

Preparation on list of work, materials required, tools & machineries and any prep work.

Pre-plan and prioritize works for the task given.

Conduct inspection on pre & post work.

Able to communicate with the client.

As a supervisor, you are requiring updating, before, progressing and after completion of work at site.

Assist & support project site operations and ensure timely completion of electrical work activities.

Able to troubleshoot on electrical faults & trips (MCB, RCD, RCCB etc).

Experience in a Building Electrical Shutdown (annual/planned) and unplanned at PUB plants.

Knowledge in cable sizing, local electrical codes, and electrical loading.

Awareness in general electrical hazards & safety knowledge

Proactive routine services, repairs, replace of spares, consumable materials, items and components to all systems and equipment to ensure that they are operational.

Documented all scheduled routine findings and rectification.

Attend to all work orders issued by the operations and management.

To handle & manage external Specialist contractors awarded jobs on-site.

Job Requirements

Candidate must possess Licensed Electrical Worker (LEW) Certificate Grade 7

Job Description:

• Integrate and install auto-mechanical/ electrical/ electronic subcomponents /robot/equipment according to process instructions
• Carry out calibration/acceptance test on sub-systems/robot/vehicle/equipment according to process instructions
• Perform functional checks, setting, testing, fault finding and failure analysis
• Service and troubleshoot of Auto-mechanical / Electronics / Electrical control system

Job Requirements:

• Minimum qualification of NITEC in Mechatronics/Electronics/ Electrical/Robotics & Smart Systems or related discipline
• Candidates with 2 to 3 years’ experience in automotive or relevant industrial experience will also be considered
• Perform troubleshooting and fault analysis on Hydraulic/Pneumatic/ Electronics/ Electrical systems
• Basic understanding of electrical/electronic circuit
• Able to perform analytical and diagnostics with measuring equipment like Digital Meter & Scope
• Advantage with class 3 driving licence
• Willing to travel overseas

Job Scope:

• Assist to prepare materials and equipment needed for digital prosthetic fabrication
• Assist in the design and fabrication of digital dental prosthetics by using CAD/CAM software
• Create dental impressions and models by pouring and trimming dental stone or other materials
• Operate dental lab equipment including articulators, grinders, and furnaces
• Assist in the maintenance and calibration of digital dental equipment
• Assist in the inspection and quality control of finished dental prosthetics
• Maintain cleanliness in the digital dental laboratory
• Ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• A Nitec / Higher Nitec / Diploma in any discipline
• Previous experience in a dental laboratory or dental setting preferred
• Candidate with basic knowledge of digital dental technology and CAD/CAM software preferred
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
