Automated and Robotic Machine Assembly:

• Assemble, align, and set up automated and robotic machines used in industrial automation, with a focus on PCBA and semi-conductor applications.
• Ensure precision and accuracy in the assembly process to meet quality standards.

Interpretation of Drawings:

• Read and interpret assembly instructions, Autocad 2D, and Solidworks 3D drawings to guide the assembly process.

Technical Proficiency:

• Utilize hand tools, power tools, and other equipment for the assembly, adjustment, and calibration of mechanical components.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to assembly and alignment.

Experience:

• Previous hands-on experience in machine assembly or a background in precision machining.
• Familiarity with industrial automation, PCBA, and semi-conductor equipment.

Job Requirement:

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / Mechatronics or a related field
• Proficiency in CAD/CAM software and knowledge of manufacturing software tools (SAP).

Our growing company is looking for a printer technician. To join our growing team, please review the list of responsibilities and qualifications.

Responsibilities for printer technician

· Support other IT equipment during low volume of barcode printer issues

· Installation, service, testing and troubleshooting of all hardware and software programs for the customer on site and in the field

· Troubleshoot computer hardware issues, operating systems, and antivirus and software issues

· Investigate and resolve trouble tickets quickly and efficiently providing root cause analysis as required

· Respond to, evaluate and prioritize incoming support requests, maintain SLAs and document support requests in ticketing system (ServiceNow)

· Perform installation and configuration of workstations, printers, cable distribution systems and other related equipment as applicable

· Excellent hardware diagnosing and repair skills, including disassembly and re-assembly of products

· Experience in network design, installation, and maintenance

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills to participate and engage in project meetings and technical work sessions with co-workers and customers

· The ability to complete training classes, personal study, and certification exams as assigned

Qualifications for printer technician

· Determining how a system should work and how changes in conditions, operations, and the environment will affect outcome

· High School diploma or equivalent and 2-4+ year's printer/copier service or industry related experience

· Repairs & performs preventative maintenance on hardware (black / white or color digital copiers)

· Utilizes systems in place for service call tickets, parts usage and transfer of inventory

· Will utilize websites, technical manuals, handbooks and technical publications to keep current with new equipment and enhancements to old

· Valid & Clean driver's license reliable transportation a must
