Assist the Residence Manager / Property Executive on the day-to-day operation and maintenance of common areas and all matters related to the maintenance management of common property. • Carry out inspections of MEP plant rooms and system
• Record utility consumption
• Carry out daily routine inspections of public areas
• Attend to breakdown and repair of equipment
• Respond to emergency incidents

Job Requirements

• Higher NITEC / NITEC in Building Services / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering.
• 1 to 2 years of working experience in hotel / commercial buildings
• Able to work weekends/shifts and Public holidays
• Trained in First Aid, Respond to Fire in the Workplace, Respond to Fire Emergencies in Building

•Prepare materials for production.
•Operate automated tools / manual tools.
•Perform fault clearance and provide observation.
•Comfortable navigating through menus/HMI.

•Perform document/Tracking records.

•At least 1-2 years of experience in production environment.

•Minimum Diploma is required.

• Strong knowledge in operating the tools.

The Services required are set out as follows:

In the Area of Teaching and Learning

1. To prepare and get ready resources for Science teaching and learning

2. To assist Science teachers in the setting up of experiments, etc. for

Science lessons and/or activities and clearing of resources after each

Science lesson and/or activity.

3. To assist in the setting up of ICT and Science equipment such as

projector, iPads, dataloggers, and microscopes for Science lessons

and/or activities

4. To perform yearly inventory and stock taking of Science resources and

equipment in the 2 Science Laboratories and TinkerSpace.

5. To organise the Science resources and equipment in the 2 Science

Laboratories and TinkerSpace.

6. To maintain cleanliness and assist in ensuring safety in the 2 Science

Laboratories and TinkerSpace at all times.

7. To assist in conducting simple Science enrichment activities such as

showcasing the life cycles of some animals and creative toys during

designated recesses / Science school-based events to complement

Science learning in the classroom.

Science Projects

1. To assist in the loan and yearly inventory and stock taking of resources

in various Science Programmes e.g.TinkerSpace Programme,

Science Sparkles, E2K-Ignite Programmes, etc.

2. To assist the department in monitoring the Aquaponics System

including feeding the fishes and harvesting the produce.

3. To assist the department in the feeding and maintainance of the

Mealworm Beetles, Stick Insects Enclosure, etc.

4. Must be able to comfortably handle ‘live’ specimens e.g. mealworm

beetles

To do any other duties as assigned by HOD Science.
