EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & CERTIFICATION

Education:

• Technical College diploma in Electrical discipline or equivalent

Experience:

• Minimum of 4 years’ construction or commissioning experience in the Oil & Gas Industry, especially for Offshore products and systems. Experience with FPSO is strongly preferred.
• Proficient with Completions Tools (ECOM) and documentation
• Knowledgeable in PTW and JSA
• Competency in Ex Qualification such as CompEx, IECEx COPC, or equivalent training and experience
• Valid Sea Survival OPITO certificate BOSIET/HUET is an advantage

DISCIPLINE SKILLS

Should possess knowledge of and preferably experience in:

• Commissioning tests for power distribution such as HV/LV switchboards, HV/LV transformers, Gas Turbine Generators, Diesel Generators, lighting and small power systems, heater tracing systems, and UPS systems.
• In-depth knowledge of Electrical systems and control wiring, and associated protection systems
• Knowledge and experience of electrical safety rules and procedures
• Ability to switch and operate safely medium voltage and low voltage circuits, and issue permits to work identifying isolation points and location of earths
• Conceptual understanding of commissioning for Oil & Gas offshore electrical equipment

Overview

Perform technical duties under the supervision of pharmacists to ensure safe, efficient and timely distribution of drugs in AH.

Assist the pharmacist in-charge to provide supervision to pharmacy support staff and to coordinate activities within a section to ensure smooth workflow and continuous improvement.

Dispense medicines to the patients according to department policies and guidelines.

Job Responsibilities

1) Daily Operations

• Provide professional and courteous service to all patients/customers
• Process medication orders/prescriptions for both inpatient and outpatient
• Picking, packing and labelling in accordance with stipulated policies, guidelines and department standard operating procedures
• Perform billing functions
• Ensures work area is ready for daily operations
• Maintains the cleanliness of the pharmacy and ward areas where drugs are stored
• Involvement in workplace quality improvement projects/activities as and when required

2) Inventory Management

• Ensures stocks are stocked up properly and tidily according to First-Expiry-First-Out (FEFO) requirement and stipulated storage condition
• Performs topping up of omnicell ward stock in the respective wards
• Ensures correct receiving of goods
• Secondary repackaging/redressing
• Carry out cycle counts and stock takes periodically according to SOPs

3) Dispensing

• Dispensing of medications to patients in accordance with stipulated policies, guidelines and department standard operating procedures

Requirements

• Possess Certified Pharmacy Technician Certification (CPTC) OR Diploma in Pharmaceutical Science
• Completed Basic Skill Test OR Certified Pharmacy Technician Certification (CPTC)
• Have initiative and able to work independently to achieve goals of the department
• Able to communicate effectively
• Able to function effectively as member of a team
• Flexibility to work on weekends/ public holidays occasionally
