Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and service-oriented Technician (Building Maintenance) to join our team. You will be responsible for maintaining and repairing mechanical and electrical (M&E) systems, performing routine inspections, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide maintenance, repair, and servicing for building systems.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and troubleshooting for M&E systems.
• Perform routine inspections on M&E fixtures, cooling towers, and chillers.
• Supervise term contractors in repair and testing of M&E services.
• Attend to fault reports, breakdowns, and customer service requests.
• Accurately complete maintenance logs, schedules, and reports.
• Ensure compliance with building and fire safety rules.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in building or facilities maintenance.
• NITEC in Building Services, Electrical, Mechanical, or Facility Technology.
• Good working knowledge of building, mechanical, and electrical systems.
• Basic proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
• Independent, self-motivated, and a team player with a service-oriented mindset.
• Willingness to work on rotating shifts, public holidays, and weekends.

Additional Information:

• Location: River Valley Road.
• 5-day work week, including weekends and public holidays.
• Shift timings: 6:30am-3:30pm, 8am-5pm, 1:30pm-10:30pm (rotating roster).

• Setting up workstations with computers and necessary peripheral devices
• Checking computer hardware (HDD, mouses, keyboards etc.) to ensure functionality
• Installing and configuring appropriate software and functions according to specifications
• Data Entry for necessary software and coordination works.

Job Description & Requirements

· Ensure timely generation and issuance of NDT report on daily basis.

· The inspector/team lead / engineer will perform inspections applying various NDT techniques in accordance with applicable specific code, procedure, and or written criteria.

To be successful in this position, you must have the ability to demonstrate or possess:

· Minimum 3 years of experience in UT, MT, PT, ET, RT and RI.

· Must be a PCN Level 2 or ISO Level II in the above NDT methods.

· Familiar with codes and standards.

· Candidate must be flexible and responsive when call for assignments and willing to work after hours and weekends when necessary.

Job Responsibilities

• Carrying out the maintenance of production and auxiliary machinery according to the Quality/ Environmental Procedures and Works Instructions.
• Plan and organize the preventive maintenance programs for all plant equipment and facilities.
• Liaise with Production Department to ensure that all scheduled equipment maintenance and repairs are carried out on time to enable smooth production operation.
• Maintain proper records of all electrical drawings and activities.
• To constantly participate in brainstorming ideas to develop and fabricate machinery, jigs & fixtures in support of the production processes.
• Train and develop Technician and helper so that maximum effectiveness and good performance are achieved and maintained.
• Maintain work discipline and motivate subordinate, setting standard for performance review
• Control and maintain sufficient manpower through proper managing of the subordinate attendance to meet the daily work requirement
• Recommend replacement for turnover and new addition.
• Implement safety program and enforcing the practice by the subordinates

Job Requirements

• Knowledge in PLC and able to work with different brands.
