• Good technical skill with hands on knowledge in SMT machines (e.g. Solder Printing, SPI, Pick & Place, AOI, Reflow oven, Underfill dispensing, Dicing)
• Good trouble-shooting or diagnostic skills on printed circuit board (PCBA)
