Job Description:

• Follow all laboratory protocols and policies in checking specimens (e.g. blood, stool, urine, etc) received & make sure that names tally with the request forms for testing.
• Assist in the care and maintenance of lab work area, furnishings & equipment.
• Follow test requirements of reference laboratory & procure appropriate specimen for testing.
• Perform bar coding samples & processes laboratory specimens received from patients under prescribed laboratory guidelines.
• Utilize lab information system (LIS) to register patients, retrieve results & print reports.
• Maintains adequate level of supplies in the work area.
• Receives requested stock items & distributes them to the appropriate place within the laboratory
• Aliquoting of urine samples

Requirements:

• Min. 'N/O/A' level or Diploma from any field
• No experience required as on job training provided
• Comfortable to do afternoon shift

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct microbiological testing and analysis for various samples, including Environmental and Personnel Monitoring, Stability, Utilities, Components, Raw Materials, and finished products, ensuring timely results and compliance with GMP requirements.
• Assist in investigations related to laboratory equipment failure, excursions, Out of Specifications, and Non-Conformance issues.
• Perform laboratory data trending and escalate any adverse trends accordingly.
• Maintain general laboratory cleanliness and uphold excellent housekeeping standards.
• Prepare for, support, and lead internal or external audits, ensuring a successful outcome.
• Ensure compliance with audit requirements, particularly with no critical observations from HA audits.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma in science related.
• At least one year experience in QC Micro Lab.
• Requires to work on shift.
