Job Description

• Industry/ Organization Type: Food Manufacturer
• Position Title: QAQC Technician (Lab)
• Working Location: North – Senoko
• Working Hours: 5 days (Mon – Thurs: 8.00 am – 5.30 pm, Fri: 8.00 am – 5 pm)
• Salary Package: Up to SGD 2300 + AWS
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Perform microbiological analysis of incoming raw materials and finished goods
• Assist in the preparation of microbiological media for analysis of samples, environmental monitoring, equipment cleaning effectiveness monitoring, and operators/QC personnel hygiene monitoring in accordance with the established procedures
• Maintain stability testing programs for finished goods
• Daily monitoring of temperature for laboratory equipment
• Perform general maintenance and verification of laboratory equipment according to the established verification programs
