• To be present in the location on time before the truck loading. Prepare all necessary tools, instruments and documentation needed to perform inspection.
• Inspect Isotank for cleanliness prior Isotank loading.
• Initiate necessary action to prevent possible contamination during loading or unloading.
• To perform sampling after loading, quantity check and records.
• Record all timings and occurrences during loading.
• Update Operations Executives on the daily activities in the terminal including special circumstances and problems encountered during inspection.
• Highlight to terminal and vessel personnel on any possible discrepancies and contamination during loading. Suggest implementation of preventive measures.
• Create truck loading report legibly and check/organise them before handing over to Operations Executive.
• Ensure all work done is in accordance with Inspectorate Fair Trade Policy.
• Maintain equipment, apparatus. Ensure only calibrated equipment are used for inspection.

Position Summary

The Lab Analyst will be working in the Analytical Service Laboratory in compliance with ISO/IEC 17025 standards, plays a multifaceted role that encompasses precise chemical analysis, adherence to quality management systems, assist in the analytical method development, handling LIMS platform and active participation in production-related activities. This position is designed to contribute to the laboratory's commitment to ISO/IEC 17025 standards and involve in CAPA for sample analysis while also supporting production processes to meet organizational objectives.

Major Position Responsibilities

The Lab Analyst, will be responsible for maintaining compliance of laboratory activities with Employee Health and Safety (EHS) requirements which includes adhering to all quality and the laboratory's standard operating procedures, including those for calibration and maintenance of equipment and performing routine maintenance on laboratory equipment and instruments. The Lab Analyst works with minimum supervision and independently in the laboratory, plant and/or manufacturing area, he/she will also be able to coach and collaborate with junior staff including the production team or other teams in the organization when required. In addition, the Lab Analyst should implement continuous improvement initiatives and activities for the laboratory.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform daily analysis of internal and external samples including urgent analysis requirements to support plant product, IQC,Raw materials samples, onsite plant UPW monitoring.
• Perform analysis qualitative and quantitative chemical analyses or chemical experiments in laboratories for quality or processcontrol or to develop new products or processes.
• Daily calibration/standard preparation, analytical instrument tuning and performance monitoring, performmaintenance/troubleshooting when necessary and keep track on the parts/consumables.
• Data key in LIMS, make calculations and interpret test results to determine if process changes are needed.
• Chemical inventory and waste disposal management.

Education Background and Experience

Job Description:

Internal Engagement and Problem Sourcing

• Actively communicate with Prudential's LBUs to source problem statements and ideas for the AI product incubation process
• Schedule and support leads in regular engagements e.g. workshops, meetings, and brainstorming sessions with LBU teams to identify potential AI solutions.
