JOB PURPOSE

To support the Commercial Diving Department by performing maintenance, repairs, and inspections of leisure and commercial diving equipment. • To carry out routine inspection on electrical, air-conditioning systems, fire protection systems, plumbing and sanitary systems in the building.

• Inspect buildings, equipment’s and appliances for functionality, checking for faults and fixing them where they exist to keep all things running and functioning properly.
• Diagnose problems in the building to facilitate the prompt repairs for the convenience of tenants, and carry out repairs on minor problems, such as light fixtures, clogged toilets, leakages, peeling wall and furniture and others
• Attend to building and tenants’ defects and breakdowns as requested.

Requirement:
