Position Requirements

• Minimum Education: Diploma in Engineering (any major)
• Experience:Engineering Experience: Minimum 5 years of working experience in any Singapore-based company
  Technician Experience: At least 5 years in a supervisory role

• Lead and manage engineering projects from planning to completion
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project timelines, quality, and efficiency
• Implement best practices in engineering management, promoting productivity and safety
• Evaluate team performance and provide guidance and support for professional development
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies
