Responsibilities

• Provide in-depth ceramics tutoring and guidance for all ceramics classes, inclusive of special technique classes;
• Ability to design lesson outlines for ceramic classes;
• Ability to sets up, clean, and demonstrate the use of pottery equipment and instruments safely and effectively, inclusive of kiln loading and unloading, and firing of ceramic pieces;
• Design and produce AIA ceramic products for retail and commercial purposes
• Plan exhibitions and events which includes artist workshops;
• Oversees and manages studio inventory, approving or facilitating purchases as needed;
• Monitor and ensure a clean and safe working environment, with regular upkeep of work area, equipment, supplies, and materials;
• Any other assigned ad-hoc duties.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Candidates with a minimum 2-years experience with ceramics teaching or equivalent
• Has a diploma or degree in 3D art-related qualifications, especially pottery
• Possess advanced knowledge of ceramics (Throwing, Trimming, Glazing, Slip Casting, Recycling Clay)
• Should be able to make sake sets and teapot sets
• Experience in Raku Firing and Wood Firing will be an advantage
• Passionate about working in the ceramics industry
• Meticulous, good organizational and documentation skills

• Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on electrical systems, equipment, and machinery to ensure optimal performance.
• Installation: Install, test, and commission electrical equipment and wiring as per the company’s standards and technical specifications.
• Electrical Repairs: Diagnose and repair faults in electrical systems, components, and circuits, using a variety of testing equipment.
• Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with all electrical safety regulations, codes, and company safety protocols at all times.
• Preventative Maintenance: Implement and maintain a preventative maintenance schedule to minimize equipment downtime and extend the life of electrical systems.
• System Upgrades: Assist in the upgrading or replacement of obsolete electrical components and systems to improve efficiency and performance.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of inspections, repairs, and maintenance work done, as well as any changes to system designs or installations.
• Night Shift Coverage: Provide support during night shifts as needed, ensuring that electrical systems are operational during off-hours.
• Emergency Response: Be on-call to respond to emergency breakdowns or electrical faults during nights or weekends, ensuring minimal downtime.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with engineers, maintenance teams, and other departments to identify and resolve electrical issues and ensure seamless operations.

The Role: To carry out a plan preventive maintenance work and corrective action in hospital, medical centre, clinics and other associated business unit, and where the scope of work covering the building services, mechanical, electrical, facilities equipment and other associated building maintenance work.

Key Accountabilities:

• To perform a plan preventive maintenance work (PPM) as assigned by supervisor
• Capable in leading a team of technicians in the absence of the Supervisor
• Capable of trouble shooting electrical fault, reinstate power supply and provide recommendation to prevent recurrence
• Capable of trouble shooting air-conditioning fault, reinstate air-conditioning system back to normal and provide recommendation to prevent recurrence
• Capable of repairing burst water pipe, mechanical work, medical gas system and other related facilities equipment.
• To certify all work completed by vendors / contractors

Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum Qualification: NTC 2 or Higher NITEC and above, or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years working experiences in M&E works and related field associated to building services.

Working hours:

Day Shift:

• 4 days - 0830hrs to 1800hrs
• 1 day- 0830hrs to 1730hrs

Night Shift

• 4 days - 2200hrs to 0730hrs
• 1 day - 2200hrs to 0700hrs

5-day work week on rostered basis to work on weekdays, weekends and PH, Max 42 hours.

Assembly ,Testing of System

Assembly involves Fitting of electronics, Cabling with premade cables and new cables that will need to be made.

Fitment of Physical parts on Test bench

Verification of Assembly and operate as per Set ATP/ATR process.

Testing verification of each assembled units on Ground at facility

Making of reports of Assembly and testing as per prescribed norms
