Responsibilities:

• Carry out authorized repairs to buildings, facilities, and services as directed by the supervisor.

• Conduct inspections and maintenance of lighting in common areas.

• Perform authorized work on installation, fitting, and modification of plumbing and sanitary systems in common areas.

• Maintain inventory and records of all parts and end-items used for maintenance work, including those kept in the store.

• Conduct routine inspections of common areas and facilities, and rectify faults and defects with proper work orders.

• Attend to all emergencies and resident complaints promptly, politely, and tactfully under the instructions of the supervisor in charge.

• Ensure proper documentation of work records and work orders upon completion.

• Handle any ad-hoc task assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

• NITEC/Higher NITEC/Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical / Mechatronic Engineering/ Facility Management

• Minimum 1 year experience in building maintenance.

• Good knowledge in building mechanical and electrical system

• Perform Work at Height (WAH) will be an added advantage

• Possess a positive attitude, excellent interpersonal skills, and a customer-centric approach

As an Field Technician, you will be responsible for providing after sales support for Rawlplug's customers.

Key responsibilities:

• Plan and carry out on-site tests of Rawlplug products. Handle testing equipment,
• Delivery of Rawlplug goods,
• Assist warehouse officer,
• Promote Rawlplug products awareness,
• Manage customer needs and expectations to ensure customer satisfaction,
• Undertake any other ad-hoc assignments given by supervisor.

Key requirements for a perfect candidate:

• At least Professional Certificate/NiTEC in any field,
• Class 3 driving license with at least 2 years driving experience,
• Experienced in working at construction site,
• English speaking,
• Keen on accepting physical challenges while working at construction sites,
• Hand on experience with power tools,
• Able and willing to learn about products,
• Patient and friendly personality,

· Perform builder’s works to properties under our care.

Responsibilities

• Setup, operate and maintain all types of conventional or CNC machines such as Milling, Lathe, Surface Grinding, Shaping, Hobbing, broaching and conventional machines in the cell/process.
• Setup, operate and maintain all measuring equipment, gages and fixtures for making accurate inspection checks.
• Perform simple troubleshooting of machines.
• Able to read and interpret blueprints.
• Maintain pertinent records; Shop-paper and work in accordance to technical instructions and drawings.
• Work in an orderly manner and keeping work areas, benches and machinery in a tidy and clean condition after used.
• Notify the Supervisor timely for any machine or tooling problems which could jeopardize product quality or infringe safe work conditions.
• Engage in any other activities or responsibilities as requested by the Supervisor

Requirements

• NITEC /Higher NITEC in Precision Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 2 years working experience in a Precision Engineering environment.
• Basic command of written and spoken English.
• Able to work weekly rotating shifts

Job Description

• Install, repair, test & commission cable systems (voice/data/fiber optics);
• Prepare/install cable pathways & supports where needed;
• Assist in the preparation of tools & materials used for daily work assignments;
• Troubleshoot cabling system issues & perform repairs & maintenance;
• Assist co-workers with installation & routine maintenance of structured cabling systems;
• Ensure quality, health/safety standards & report issues, if any;
• Any other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum NITEC (Electrical Engineering/Electrical Technology/Built Environment) or work- related experience
• Good communication & team work skills
• Flexibility & willingness to work night shifts occasionally (as jobs require)
