• Performing all major survey works required on site including computing survey data for setting out works and setting out lines and levels.
• Assist in carrying out relevant site measurements for the purpose of calculating interim and final quantities of work done.
• Prepare as-built drawings based on site survey records.
• Setting out of parcel boundaries, grids, piles positions, building blocks, minor sewer and service roads alignments, etc. piles eccentricity checks survey, topographical survey of surrounding services and roads, as-built survey of services and preparation of setting out plans, cross-sectional and longitudinal plans and surveys to monitor ground settlement, where applicable.
• Prepare the pre-computation plan to ensure the approved pre-computation plan tallies with the Consultants drawings.
• To provide survey reports and liaise with local authorities.
• Maintains and store accurate notes, records, and drawing files for active projects.

Job Requirements

• Diploma/ Degree in Civil Engineering/ Surveying or equivalent
• Well-versed with Surveying and Levelling instruments
• Familiar with SVY21, BCA compliances and Singapore Standards of Engineering practices
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD
• Registered Technical Member of Singapore Institute of Surveyors & Valuers (SISV) preferred
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field

The Role

We are looking for a Senior Bunker Surveyor to operate in Singapore. The surveyor shall conduct bunker surveys in Singapore, maintain his bunker surveyor license and help with the yearly company’s accreditation process.

Key Responsibilities

• Performing bunker surveys on tankers, bulk carriers, cattle carriers, others
• Performing on hire and off hire surveys
• Performing condition surveys
• Be in contact with agents and clients to board ships timely
• Maintain his personal Bunker Survey license
• Help maintain the company’s bunker surveyor accreditation

• Prepare and Monitor project cost budget, cash-flow for project, track changes in design/construction work, check variations and adjust budget projections accordingly.

The Role

This role is to ensure that the Building are well maintained and operated.

In addition, the Facilities Operations Officer has to assist and manage the reservations of the parlours.

Responsibilities:

- Overview and Maintenance of the building facilities

- To carry out minor mechanical and electrical repairs in relation to buildings and facilities

- Conduct regular building inspection

- Ensure all equipment in the building are operational and well maintained

- Assist to ensure all Parlours are cleaned in a timely manner for efficient turnaround
