• Ensure correctness of build-up according to construction plans and drawing.
• Liaise with clients/authorities on technical issues.

Requirements:

• Degree/ Diploma in Civil / Structural / Land Surveying or Equivalent.
• Registered Technical Member for Institute of Surveyors & Valuers
• Minimum 5 year(s) of relevant working experience in civil and building projects.
• Able to supervise and lead the survey team in handling all survey related issues.
• Able to provide design and shop drawings under the guidance of Engineers.
• Able to provide advice on altering design changes to suit site condition.

Key Responsibilities

1. Conduct drone operations for building inspections, including capturing high-quality imagery and data.
2. Perform pre- and post-flight checks to ensure safe and compliant drone operations.
3. Process and analyze drone data for reporting and client presentations.
4. Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders to deliver comprehensive solutions.
5. Stay updated on the latest drone technologies, regulations, and industry trends.

Requirements:

1. Valid drone pilot license (preferably CAAS-approved or equivalent).
2. Proven experience in operating drones for commercial or technical purposes.
3. Strong knowledge of drone regulations and safety protocols.
4. Familiarity with software for data processing and analysis (e.g., Pix4D, DroneDeploy, or similar).
5. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
6. Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

• Source, compile, and evaluate supplier/vendor quotations based on tender requirements.
• Responsible for detailed breakdown pricing, including material and labour cost estimation.
• Handle tenders including scope of work, pricing schedules, and non-material requirements.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Quantity Surveying
• At least 2 years of Project Tendering/Costing experience.
• Proficient in MS Office Applications (Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
