Key Responsibilities:

• Quantity and Cost Management: Thoroughly review construction plans to prepare accurate quantity requirements and cost estimations.
• Stakeholder Liaison: Work closely with project managers, clients, consultants, and subcontractors to communicate updates, address inquiries, and ensure alignment on budgetary needs.
• Documentation & Reporting: Generate reports, financial analyses, contracts, and budgets. Keep accurate records of design adjustments and update budgets accordingly.

• Site Meetings: Attend site meetings to provide financial updates, address cost concerns, and ensure contract terms are met.

Requirements:
