Responsibilities:

• Mix paint and other materials to prepare the right color or texture
• To carry out spray painter process/tasks, including preparation and operations of spray system and setting up of parts on appropriate machines
• To perform production and spray related tasks as and when assigned by immediate supervisor
• Ensure works are carried out according to schedules and are on target to completion.
• Take and adhere to all health and safety precautions

Requirement:

· Responsible for all works related to Quantity Surveyor duties.

· Ensure timely and completeness of taking off quantity, sourcing for quotation from specialists, suppliers and sub-contractors, price comparison, costing summary, understanding tender documents and tender submission.

· Prepare project budget and monitoring on regular basis.

· Recommend award sub-contractors and prepare sub-contracts agreement.

· Site measurement and site meeting with Clients and consultants.

· Payment response for sub-contractor’s progress claim

· Prepare progress claim, variations orders, and project final account,

· Keeping and maintaining all contract and sub-contract documentation, manage the transmission of all documents and drawings to the client and Consultants.

• Working hours : 5 days a week - Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm / Sat from 9am to 1pm
