• Provide the crucial directions in construction planning, coordinate works with sub-contractors, Client and Consultants to ensure overall construction progress based on schedule of works
• Ability to oversee the entire process and knowledgeable in project management relating to all operational and administration procedures
• Liaising with the relevant Government Authorities to ensure submissions, clearances and all necessary documentation are in place
• site visits to ensure things are built according to Method of statement as well as checking on the construction timeline
• reporting of progresses to management

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years in construction or related field.
• Well-versed with AutoCAD and model-based construction software.
• Good interpersonal, analytical and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of autocad 2D & 3D skills would be an added advantage
• Proficient in MS office & contract administration
