• Manage and monitor all financial aspects including but not limited to budget & cost control of Projects assigned and ensure project runs within budget

6. Responsible for contract documentation on all projects on aspects of subcontracting, the evaluation of tenders and quotes, and account finalization for both main contractors and subcontractors.
7. Work closely with the site support team to ensure the subcontractor's scope of work is executed in accordance with the main contract drawings and specifications.
8. Overall responsibility for precontract supervision, including tender briefing and measurement compilation into bills of pricing as well as tender evaluation and submission.
9. Liaised with the project manager on method of work, cost budgeting, and analysis for post contract matters.

Responsibilities:
• Prepare and manage cost estimates, budgets, and forecasts for M&E works.
• Perform, measurement, cost analysis and value engineering.
• Prepare tender documents, specifications, and contracts for M&E works.
• Evaluate and negotiate quotations from subcontractors and suppliers.
• Award contracts and manage procurement for M&E systems.
• Monitor and track changes to the project scope, design, and schedule, and adjust budgets accordingly.
• Ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions.
• Conduct site visits to monitor work progress and ensure cost control measures are in place.
• Assess variations and claims related to M&E works.
• Prepare regular cost reports and provide updates to project managers and stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate documentation for M&E costs, contracts, and payments.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's of Science in Quantity Surveying, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 2–3 years of experience in M&E quantity surveying, 3-5 years for senior position.
• Proficient in cost estimation software,AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Naviswork and MS Office.
• Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and M&E systems.
• Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying
• Minimum 3 years of working experience, preferably in the construction industry
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools
