In this job you will be managing projects within the Sourcing & Supply Chain (S&SC) department in close cooperation with stakeholders from S&SC and from other sectors.

Responsibilities:

• Monitoring & driving end to end project execution across line functions and across suppliers according to ASML’s Product Generation Process.
• Providing Supply Chain integrated planning throughout all project phases towards Business Lines, Product Teams, Procurement, Development & Engineering and Logistics.
• Supporting all project team members by helping them remove all bottlenecks and constraints that block program progress.
• Driving the issue resolution of associated complex parts per product team across involved internal departments, competence/category teams and supplier QLTC teams.

Deliverables:

• S&SC deliverables: complex parts list, make-or-buy decisions, supplier selection, supplier contracting, supplier target setting & realization and supplier cost.
• Development & Engineering deliverables: statement of work, supplier manufacturing flow and yield, FMEA, acceptance of technical specification by supplier, proto evaluation, test coverage documents, parts quality report and product costing of design.
• Supply Logistics deliverables: move rate capability, flexibility and cycle time.

Education

A Degree/Master’s degree with well-established knowledge on both technical level and business management.

Experience

• >5 years of experience in project/program management of complex large-scale projects, preferably in a product creation process.
• Experience in supply chain management in business-to-business technical environment is a preference

Position

The Service Lead is mainly focusing on ensuring the team is respecting the governance put in place with the client and that the level of service delivered to the client is as expected. He must have an excellent macro view of the information system and good technical skills to be able to help during major incident resolution as well as promote and contribute to Continuous Improvement

Main responsibilities

The Service Lead is accountable for:

• Performing all run activities in respect of CA-CIB process, ensuring:

– The team respects the SLA (changes, incidents, requests)

– ITS ITIL process is dully followed (change, incident, problem management).

• Handling escalation on actions from Production Engineers Level 3 (incident, request, change)

• Managing knowledge in coordination with AS community in Paris and London

– Trains Production Engineers on transferred activities for his business line (production of the applications)

• Driving the most complex operations & ensures they are well prepared by Production Engineers (involvement on DRP test, WIP, major incidents etc…).

Working Hours and Shift Organization

• Service Lead is expected to work in shifted time to be able to be onsite at the time its clients (in Paris generally) are working. Expected timings would be 2pm to 11pm Sgp time

• Few times a year, Service Lead will be required to coordinate major events (DRP or other) on site during weekends.

• Service Lead might be escalated during non-office hours on his professional / personal phone.

Description

• Champion the order fulfilment, order maintenance and/or returns management process for one or more routes to market and/or lines of business.

• Work with other team members to align molecular, bioproduction and veterinary research.
• Training and mentorship of junior team members.
• Work with our partners in Taiwan and China for process transfer.

REQUIREMENTS

• Chinese language fluency required - we use a lot of technology from China and this role will involveworking closely with Taiwanese and Chinese CMOs for scale up.
• Extensive experience with benchtop microbial or fungal bioreactor systems.
• Experience with yeast secreted protein production fermentation optimization preferred.
• Bachelors 5+ years work experience / Masters 4+ years work experience / PhD 1.5+ years workexperience. More experienced candidates are also welcome.
• Ideally has some experience or familiarity with industrial scale fermentation.
• Familiarity with downstream processing and analytical methods.
• Demonstrated tech transfer / scale up exposure.
