The Lead Cost Controller is responsible for managing and controlling the project’s financial performance for the Offshore Substation project. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Cost Control and Budget Management:

Change Management:

• Manage and track changes to the project scope, ensuring that all change orders and variations are correctly documented and accounted for. Ensure that cost implications of changes are assessed, approved, and incorporated into the budget.
• Work closely with the engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams to evaluate the cost impact of changes and ensure that the Employer is informed of the financial impact as the part of Progress Report.

Risk Management:

Education

Key Responsibilities

• Coach Classes: Conduct engaging, safe, and age-appropriate gym sessions focusing on gymnastics, parkour, swinging, climbing, and other ninja skills.
• Plan Lessons: Design and implement structured yet enjoyable lesson plans tailored to various age groups and skill levels.
• Safety First: Ensure all activities are conducted safely, following the gym’s safety protocols and guidelines.
• Build Relationships: Foster a positive, encouraging, and inclusive environment for children and their parents.
• Inspire Growth: Motivate and guide children to develop their physical abilities, confidence, and teamwork skills.
• Maintain Equipment: Regularly inspect and ensure all gym equipment is in safe, working condition.
• Collaborate: Work with the team to plan events, competitions, or special workshops.
• Administrative Tasks: Assist with attendance tracking, class scheduling, and parent communications as needed.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Experience: Prior experience coaching or teaching children in gymnastics, parkour, fitness, or similar physical activities.
• Certifications (Preferred):First Aid and CPR Certification.
  Coaching or fitness-related certifications (e.g., NASM, Gymnastics Australia, or equivalent).
  
• Skills:Strong understanding of physical education techniques for children.
  Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Passion: Genuine love for working with kids and helping them achieve their potential.
• Physical Fitness: Ability to demonstrate physical activities and assist children safely.
• Availability: Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Coach Job description

Fun Job Alert! Are you athletic? Great with kids? Ready to go to the next level? Lil Ninja Academy is looking for a full time coach to lead fun yet structured kids classes.

Min 1 year Prior experience in relevant field required

Looking for parkour and/or gymnastics background. Casual or Competition. We will train the right candidate!

The Job is Full time Lead Coach and team lead of the part time coaches. Responsibilities include coaching kids classes, weekend classes, birthday parties, and events. Job includes gym maintenance, organization, scheduling and lesson plan creation. 5.5 days a week with weekends. Coaches will be trained on how to teach our program, and must follow a pre-set curriculum for classes. Weekends are required. Opportunity for growth and additional responsibility and management training for the right coach.

Qualifications: ninja warrior, obstacle, rock climbing, gymnastics, and/or parkour background; Minimum of one year coaching kids.

Punctuality, reliability, dependability, being a team player with a great attitude are a must for Lil Ninja Academy.
