The Lead Cost Controller is responsible for managing and controlling the project’s financial performance for the Offshore Substation project. This role involves overseeing all cost-related aspects of the project, ensuring that it stays within budget, and providing timely and accurate cost reporting to the Project Manager and senior management. The Lead Cost Controller will work closely with project teams to track expenses, manage forecasting, identify cost-saving opportunities, and mitigate financial risks.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Cost Control and Budget Management:

• Work with the project team to develop and maintain the project’s detailed cost estimates and budgets. Ensure that all elements of the project are accurately included in the budget, including engineering, procurement, construction, transport & installation, and commissioning costs.
• Monitor continuously the actual costs versus the approved budget. Track and manage project expenditures and variances, ensuring costs are accurately recorded, categorized, and controlled.
• Prepare regular cost forecasts on a quarterly basis, identifying trends and predicting future costs. Update cost forecasts based on project performance, changes in scope, or unforeseen circumstances, and provide timely updates to Project Manager and senior management.
• Ensure that project costs are accurately allocated to the relevant department (engineering, procurement, construction, etc.) and work packages, following the project’s cost structure.

Financial Reporting:

About the Role

As Acquisition Lead at Ordinary Folk, you will architect and implement our next-generation acquisition strategy across APAC markets. This role transcends traditional performance marketing to focus on building sustainable growth through quality user acquisition. You'll lead our evolution toward a more sophisticated marketing approach that balances immediate performance with long-term value creation.

Strategy & Leadership

• Design and implement innovative acquisition strategies that balance quality and pure volume
• Manage external partner agencies and mentor team members, fostering their growth while ensuring campaign excellence.
• Develop and optimize new marketing quality frameworks, own budget allocation and optimization across channels, with ROI targets
• Lead the evolution of our messaging strategy and channel approach

Campaign Management

Qualifications:

Core Job Responsibilities

Lead a Model Classroom

• Maintain an orderly and clean Montessori prepared environment accordance to our standards
• Provide close supervision to children, always making sure they are safe, and the group is in compliance with city-mandated teacher to child ratios
• Work closely with other Guide(s) to ensure a high-quality Montessori programming is established and maintained
• Present sequential Montessori lessons in accordance with the Guidepost Montessori program standards
• Observe each child, regularly document his or her progress, strengths, interests, and areas for improvement, and apply your knowledge of Montessori principles to ensure each child’s individual needs are met
• Interact with children in a warm, joyful, respectful manner that fosters their independence
• Implement feedback provided by other Guides, your Montessori Mentor, and your Head of School
• Problem-solve challenging student concerns with other Guides, your Montessori Mentor, and your Head of School
• Open classroom to regular parent tours
• Open classroom to observation by parents and other staff members

Provide Exceptional Customer Service to Parents

• Communicate regularly with each parent in an individualized manner using approved communication tools provided by Guidepost Montessori (i.e. email, photo-sharing software, newsletters, etc).
• Provide cumulative, formal feedback to parents on student progress, which might include twice-yearly parent-teacher conferences, progress reports, and/or portfolio preparation. Meet with parents on an individualized basis to discuss and resolve student issues as they arise

The Recruitment Director is responsible for leading a team of Recruiters with a sole focus on sourcing, recruiting, screening/assessing, and submitting qualified candidates to our clients, as well as providing leads and market intelligence direct to the sales functions. The Recruitment Director must be highly organised, able to work in a fast-paced and adapting environment to ensure the successful fulfilment of job orders. This position will be responsible for working with large and disparate data sets, internal and external, quantitative, and qualitative, structured and unstructured to support the management of data across the entire data lifecycle. Key responsibilities

• Working with the key stakeholders to define data requirements for projects

• Perform data acquisition/ingestion from internal and external sources, including both structured and unstructured data sources (incl. multi-dimension data, text/documents, geospatial data and graph)
