About the Team

Our Infrastructure Engineering organization build and operate hyper-scale datacenters, manage the life cycle of server fleet, allocate cloud resources and create various cloud solutions, and provide infrastructure services including widely distributed Content Distribution Networks (CDNs). The Infrastructure Platform team build and leverage various platforms and toolings to manage and interact with our infrastructures and services, including end-to-end capacity delivery, asset management, data center infrastructure management, system engineering, server fleet management, financial operation, governance, risk, and compliance, etc. To support the fast growth and improve operation efficiency, these platforms need to be feature rich, easy to use, scalable, agile and compliant to with policies and procedures.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

The role:

We are looking for a capable Project Manager to support the transition of key business applications to a new platform. 6. System Testing and Validation from an Operational Perspective:

• Support system integration testing (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT) from an operational viewpoint, ensuring all necessary resources are available and optimized.
• Collaborate with teams to validate that the system can handle operational loads and peak performance demands in the AWS environment.

7. Training and Knowledge Transfer:

Qualifications

1. Bachelor/Master degree in Mechanical Engineering, EI&A, Civil or related field

2. Familiarity with applicable standards and codes relating to bulk liquid storage facilities for the applicable terminal location is preferred or should be obtained as part of training. This could include API, EEMUA, ANSI, NFPA, NEC, OSHA, and CFR and any other (local) codes

3. Exposure to Multi-disciplinary project teams with various business stakeholders is preferred

The Lead Cost Controller is responsible for managing and controlling the project’s financial performance for the Offshore Substation project. The Lead Cost Controller will work closely with project teams to track expenses, manage forecasting, identify cost-saving opportunities, and mitigate financial risks.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Cost Control and Budget Management:

• Work with the project team to develop and maintain the project’s detailed cost estimates and budgets. Ensure that all elements of the project are accurately included in the budget, including engineering, procurement, construction, transport & installation, and commissioning costs.
• Monitor continuously the actual costs versus the approved budget. Track and manage project expenditures and variances, ensuring costs are accurately recorded, categorized, and controlled.
• Prepare regular cost forecasts on a quarterly basis, identifying trends and predicting future costs. Update cost forecasts based on project performance, changes in scope, or unforeseen circumstances, and provide timely updates to Project Manager and senior management.

The Role
We are looking for an engaged and passionate Lead Cloud Architect who is excited about the opportunity to help design and implement scalable cloud solutions for our clients while being an important part of our fast-growing team. At Zuhlke, you will play a critical role in working closely with clients to develop, test, and deploy applications that meet our clients’ technology standards and business requirements. What’s Important to Us

• You have a degree in computer science or a related field (bachelor's/master's).
• You possess expertise in MS Azure Cloud Architecture & Design, both technical and functional
• You have a proven track record in designing and developing scalable, resilient applications in the Azure cloud.
• You have a strong understanding of Azure cloud concepts, with AZ-900 and AZ-104 certifications being an added advantage.
• You have a strong background in microservices architecture and design constructs using Kubernetes, Kafka, Azure Key Vault, and other Azure components for encryption and communication.
• You can implement security measures and compliance standards to protect sensitive data and ensure regulatory compliance, and have experience integrating cloud applications with Authentication and Authorization systems (SSO, SAML, OAuth2).
• You possess a strong understanding of relational and non-relational database concepts, with implementation experience in Oracle, Azure SQL, and Cosmos DB.
• You have expertise in deployment automation using Ansible playbooks You have at least 10 years of proven track record in enterprise-level application development and familiarity with version control systems, preferably Git.
• Your excellent communication and problem-solving skills enable you to navigate complex organizations and propose effective solutions.

What you will do:

As IT Delivery Lead-SAP, you will be responsible for designing and implementing complex IT systems and strategies that align with the organization's goals and objectives. Works closely with stakeholders to understand needs and develops solutions that meet business requirements that are scalable, secure, and cost-effective.

How you will do it:

• Responsible for spearheading holistic engagement of SAP COE team with APAC IT business counterparts.
• Work with business process owners and local APAC IT leadership to harmonize and consolidate the business processes and supporting applications.
• Ensure effective liaisoning with business stakeholders in the region as well as to ensure coordination of technical work with global delivery team.
• Design, analyze & estimate of business-driven projects, coordinating project planning & demand management efforts with IT Business Partners.
• Develop Project Plans, Resource plans, Estimates, review with business and leadership, optimize and provide the finalized, detailed estimates to business for project execution.
• To manage SAP Project delivery in APAC region.
• Lead the Solution design & integration workshops for APAC BU processes, especially in major projects with other value stream leaders to ensure that cross value stream integration requirements are implemented in the overall design of end-to-end business processes.
• Support the design and maintenance of SAP Solution Template according to business requirements, ensuring delivery of solution based on best practices and ensure its continued governance.
• Ensure adherence to SAP solution architecture design governance processes. Responsible for design, build & test, and maintaining accurate documentation throughout the SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) process for the projects executed in APAC.
• Work with and manage cross-functional teams to develop SAP solutions in reporting requirements, functionality, and security.
• Guide and work closely with the SAP DevOps teams (Application Maintenance Services) team for the regional SAP Support needs, configuration and code changes.

What we look for:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in SAP implementation processes.
• Demonstrated expertise in at least on of these SAP modules: FI/CO, OTC, PTF, PTP, RTR or PS and good understanding of the typical business processes.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex business requirements into functional specifications.
• Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects within a global enterprise.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in English and Mandarin as this position will require to communicate with Mandarin speaking stakeholders, clients and vendors.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with a focus on meeting project deadlines.
• Previous experience in a multinational corporation is highly preferred.
