As a Lead ML Engineer, you will play a leading role in operationalizing ML Models developed by data scientists. You will serve as the focal point for ML model refactoring, optimization, containerization, deployment, and quality monitoring. Your main responsibilities will include:

We are seeking an experienced and proficient Workday Recruiting Lead to analyse, design, and optimize organizational processes and systems. This role involves deep collaboration with multiple teams, serving as a subject matter expert (SME), and contributing to strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:

• Administer NS registration, pre-enlistment, and enlistment activities, including follow-ups on cases and issues.
• Ensure timely task execution and compliance with processes.
• Conduct verification checks on NS processes and submit reports to stakeholders promptly.
• Communicate with pre-enlistees, parents, and internal stakeholders as needed.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, colleagues, and technical teams to plan system enhancements.
• Provide data for periodic management reports and support audit requirements.

• Design, develop, implement and coordinate IT system and policy implementation in adherence to business objective, security standard (includes corporate governance framework for IT and cyber-security) and audit requirement.
• Lead a team to provide IT supports to club operations and introduce new IT technologies to improve operational efficiency.
