What You’ll Do

• Conduct reviews for compliance of the ML models in accordance with overall platform governance principles such as versioning, data / model lineage, code best practices and provide feedback to data scientists for potential improvements

Requirements
Education and Experience:
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in data analytics, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
managing large-scale data analytics projects.
• Proven experience with AWS cloud services, including setting up and managing cloud
infrastructure, and deep expertise in Databricks Lakehouse and AI/ML technologies.

Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in databases (e.g., Oracle, MS SQL, MySQL, Teradata, Databricks), data
repositories (e.g., data lakes, data marts).
• Experience in data modeling, data transformation, and statistical computing (e.g., R, Python).
• Deep understanding of machine learning (MLOps), data visualization (e.g., Power BI,
Tableau), and event-driven architecture.
• Expertise in cloud-native technologies and services, including microservices, serverless
computing, and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Strong knowledge of cloud data platforms, including architecture design, data integration, and
the implementation of scalable data pipelines.
Leadership and Management Skills:
• Strong leadership abilities with a track record of managing high-performing teams and
complex projects.
• Excellent program and project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks,
manage resources, and meet deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence
stakeholders at all levels.

Certifications:
• AWS Cloud Practitioner or AWS Architect certification.
• Databricks Certified Data Engineer Associate or Professional certification is a plus.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification is highly desirable.
Additional Preferred Qualifications:
• Familiarity with healthcare informatics and data governance in the healthcare sector.
• Experience interacting with analytics stakeholders, including clinicians, policy makers, and
economists.

• Drive the design and architecture of satellite ground control and antenna management software systems.
• Lead software team in implementing design, testing, verification, and validation of all software components.
• Implement cybersecurity measures for software applications
• Generate and maintain software development documentation.
• Planand provide software maintenance, training, and consultancy to users.
• Develop new skills & explore new technologies for improvements.

Job Requirements

• 8 years’ experience in software development preferrably in mission critical systems.
• Proficient in developing full stack applications, preferably with C#, JavaSript.
• Experience with database, API design, network architecture, message broker, and cloud technologies.
• Experience with core engineering infrastructure tools such as GIT servers, CI/CD pipelines, Container Technologies.
• Familiar with agile software development lifecycles.
• Understanding of hardware.
