Job Summary

The Training Executive will be responsible for organizing and conducting various training programs including orientations and on-the-job training for employees. The executive will also provide support to operational management in areas related to Quality, Environmental, Health & Safety.

JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Developing new social media strategies and campaigns
2. Keeping track of data and analysing the performance of social media and marketing campaigns
3. Meeting with clients and sourcing for opportunities of partnership
4. Working with the digital and operations team to ensure digital content and expectations of the customers are met

• To provide a full suite of corporate secretarial services to our clients
• Assist in the incorporation of new companies, registration of Singapore Branches and other entities, striking off, ensuring compliance with the requirements of the Singapore Companies Act and the relevant laws
• Perform ACRA e-filings
• Responsible for preparing directors/shareholders resolutions, relevant statutory forms, and other related documents for ongoing corporate secretarial matters, such as opening bank accounts, changing bank signatories, etc.
