RESPONSIBILITIES

• Accounts Receivable:
  • Generate customer invoices, credit/debit note and posting entries in the TMS.
  • Monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities against assigned credit limit/term.
  • Involve in the billing settlement and reconciliation for the invoices.
  • Investigate billing discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
  • Highlight potential debt recovery issues and suggest solutions to recover debts including legal proceedings.
  • Mediate and resolve invoice disputes.
  • Maintaining accounts receivable files and records.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders in monitoring collections and resolving customer payment issues with regular meetings or discussions.
• Reporting:
  • Preparation of reports related to revenue, expenditure, course enrolment and funding.
  • Reconciliation and analysis of aging report.
  • Analyze customers payment performance and check for potential credit risks to mitigate potential payment defaults.
• Process and Systems Improvement:
  • Ensure proper documentation of new operational processes and workflows.
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives to streamline existing credit control processes and improve efficiencies through a better utilization of automated systems.
  • Work with functional groups and IT to improve the billing processes and involve in User Acceptance Test (UAT) for any new system implementation.
• Other duties:
  • To provide necessary support during internal & external audit.
  • Any ad hoc duties assigned.

• Diploma holder with at least 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Previous relevant work experience in education sector will be advantageous, specifically Billing management, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and Office Administration.
• Experience with handling SkillsFuture claims and refunds for participants will be advantageous.
• Has experience with process improvement projects.
• Advanced user of Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel.
• Demonstrated ability to create reports and interpret data with both in-house application systems and ERP systems e.g. SAP.
• Strong organisational skills, is meticulous and has an eye for detail.
• Adaptable and flexible, and able to work under pressure and multi-task.
• Has a service mindset, good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Team player who can work independently and collaboratively with others.

Objectives of this Role

Responsibilities

Support the Executive Assistant and the global leadership group with activities such as:

Admin

• Planning of travel, calendar management for management-level executives

• Owning process for application and renewal of work passes
• Liaising with government bodies, e.g. ESG and MOM

Operations

• Drive onboarding of new employees on to Antler’s systems and troubleshoot when access issues occur
• Act as the main point of contact for G Suite related admin
• Ownership of the Google Workspace, including but not limited to management and cleaning of Google emails, setting up Shared Drive folders and mailing groups

Office Management

• Support in maintaining the office condition and arrange necessary repairs
• Manage contract and price negotiations with office vendors and service providers
• Address employees' queries regarding office management issues (e.g. stationery, Hardware, and travel arrangements)

Duties

• Prepare financial data for entry into the financial system
• Keep accounting records and bank statements
• Prepare monthly audit schedules, maintain loan schedules
• Prepare and file GST returns
• Preparation of tax computation and tax planning

Requirements

• Diploma/ Degree in Accounting with at least 2 years of experience in (Accounting Firm preferable), including keeping full sets of accounts and tax.
