JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field;
• Certifications in these preferred: CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator or MCSA/MCSE, Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), ITIL Foundation;
• Proven experience as an IT Engineer or similar role;
• Proficient in networking, server administration, and system integration;
• Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and security best practices;
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills;
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Actively source, maintain and generate new leads for the Company relating to corporate travel sales, including the nurturing and maintenance of client relationships
• Keeping abreast of any developments relating to our product offering, conducting thorough travel and business-related research, whether of the industry or our destinations in general or of our competitors and be well-informed of the company's products and services to tailor solutions to meet clients' requirements
• Analysis of customer behaviour to support client acquisition and retention through customer enquiries and feedback
• To provide administrative / operational support to the team when necessary, including tracking and ensure prompt payments, preparation of travel reports, answering phone calls, etc.
• To perform any other function as deemed necessary by your immediate superior or management in relation to your function.

Pre-requisites:

• Preferably Diploma holder with minimum 02 years of related experience in Travel or Airlines industry
• Good verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer service orientation. Ability to demonstrate effective listening, verbal, written, negotiation and closing skills. Ability to assess client needs, understand market dynamics and prepare presentations/proposals tailored for individual clients.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Knowledge of GDS reservation system, optional.
• Customer focused and good team player with collaborative mindset to drive best outcomes.
