JOB DESCRIPTION

• Call and follow up with caregivers whose loved ones were referred to our programme.
• Arrange with carers to bring their loved ones for pre-admission assessment.
• Conduct the pre-admission assessment and 14th session assessment.
• Conduct InterRai assessment.
• Input client’s assessment results, and other information into a system for tracking and submission purposes.
• Track client’s attendance for monthly report.
• Liaise and update different stakeholders such as doctors, AIC, caregivers etc.
• Familarise with DSG FOW mobile application, able to troubleshoot if the App encounters problems.
• Involve in planning and facilitating individual and group sessions.
• Assist in the development and introduction of new activities.
• Assist in the collection and collation of data and statistics and feedback for Manager’s reporting.
• Other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

• At least GCE ‘A’ Level or Diploma (in eldercare field) and above.
• Passionate to work with elderly and/or persons living with dementia.
• Leadership quality and good team player.
• Creative and hands-on person with strengths in recreational activities such as baking, arts, crafts, music, dance, etc.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• 5-day work week: Monday-Friday.

Job Summary:

• Salary Range: Up $4,000 + AWS + VB
• Working Location: Central
• 5 days working day

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage daily security & car park operations.
• Holds experience in managing the relevant regulatory authorities i.e., SPF, SCDF etc.
• Responsible and handles event execution and planning for security management.
• Support the Retail mall, office towers and car park operations for overall security planning and manpower deployment.
• Responsible to conduct internal investigations and facilitate state on security cum assets risk incidents.
• Lead to coach and train security staff and outsource security personnel.
• Other responsibilities include Risk and Crisis Management, traffic and crowd control management and Vendor Security Force Management

Requirements:

• Min 5 years’ experience in security leadership capacity in shopping malls or hotel trade is a must.
• First Aid Trained in Occupational First Aid / AED
• CERT Training (SSG Approved)

Job Description - Front Office Executive / Receptionist

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Functional

· Manages incoming and outgoing mails, parcels, messages, fax and phone calls and ensures that the relevant personnel receives them

· Attends to queries from walk-in visitors, students, staff and vendors

· Prepares and issues car park labels and visitor passes

· Manage record books such as those relating to rental/ booking of school facilities and ensure room keys are accounted for

· Updates internal phone list, staffroom seating plans, locker plans etc.

· Manages loss and found items

· Ensures neat and clean reception and lobby area

· Provides administrative support and documentation filing

· Oversees Administrative Assistant in the ordering of supplies (printing paper, stationery, newspapers etc.) and ensures constant supply of materials for use

· Assists students in administration-related matters (e.g. collection of Examination Certificates, use of sick bay, issuance of Student Identification Passes, issue combination locks, etc.)

People Interaction

· Communicates and coordinates with internal departments

· Liaises with School Attendant to ensure the sufficient supply of refreshments for pantries

· Covers the duties of the administrative assistant and personal assistant in their absence. Attend ad-hoc task as assigned by superiors.

Minimum Qualifications

GCE O levels/ Diploma / Bachelors

Experience

Reception/ administration experience advantageous but not necessary
