Job Description:
1. Maintain and update all the documentations and document control of company's Quality, Environment, Health and Safety (QEHS)
2. Plan, organize and conduct interanl audits, reporting of findings and follow-up o corrective actions
3. Conduct briefings/trainings on QEHS
4. Handle customer complaints (NCAR/NCF)
5. Investigae HSE accidents/incidents and follow-up all the non-conformance, corrective and preventive actions till closure
6. Liaise with 3rd party testing laboratories on product testing requests
7. Assist on the preparation of system procedures, standard operating procedures, work instructions, QC test methods, QC specifications and safety data sheets
8. Any other QEHS related tasks assigned from time to time
Job R/Saequirements:
1. Diploma/Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Environmental/Health/Safety Engineering, Material Science or its equivalent
2. Minimum 2 years ofrelevant working experience
3. Good working knowledge and prior experience with ISO 9001/14001, bizSAFE Level 3 and H&S
4. Good analytical, auditing and report writing skills
5. Knowledgeable with relevant legislation and compliance requirement
5. Knowledgeable wnith relevant legislation and compliance requirement
6. Proficient in MS Office Application (Word, Exel and Powerpoint)
7. Possess good teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with others
8. Keen interest in the area of digitalization and innovation
