Operational Management

Job Scope:

• Analyze the marketplace including competitor products, pricing, and sales strategies
• Formulate marketing strategies, product positioning, and messaging
• Execute advertising and promotional activities such as product launches, training, and promotions
• Collaborate with the sales team to align on product features, benefits, and pricing
• Oversee marketing, sales, and product profit and loss management to drive profitability

Job Requirements:

• Min Diploma in Marketing/Business, with 1-2 years experience in Sales & Marketing in consumer products
• Good interpersonal, communication and coordination skills.
• Proficient in MS Excel and Powerpoint
• Knowledge in Business Accounting P&L is an added advantage
• Team player with strong analytical, excellent communication and presentation skills
• Good business acumen and able to conceptualise marketing directions
• Able to work in a fast pace environment and willing to work overtime when required
• Able to travel occasionally in SG and overseas
